The Impasse, Social Impact and Significance in the Arab-Muslim City
Throughout urban history, the spatial configuration of cities has obeyed criteria that have shaped it according to the societies that have inhabited them. The dead end; this space with various connotations showed attributes that can be found at different times, revealed remarkable socio-spatial qualities. Through the quality of social receptacle that the impasse ensured the experiences lived by the inhabitants of the medina of Constantine, with whom we carried out a survey which highlighted the role and place of the impasse where relations of sociability, solidarity and mutual aid were essential.

Social Regulation and Organizational Change
Social regulation and organizational change dynamically interact within organizations. While social regulation provides stability through norms, values, and shared culture, it evolves during organizational change. This change, disruptive yet fostering adaptability and innovation, influences and is influenced by social regulation. Collaboration is central, aiding in navigating change and fostering solidarity. Despite challenges, such as tensions, constructive conflict management is crucial. In summary, this dynamic interaction shapes organizational life, promoting evolution and prosperity amidst constant change.

Teaching Cross-Cultural Socio-Pragmatics to Curb Cross-Cultural Pragmatic Failure
There is an interactive relationship between language and culture. On one hand, language is the primary instrument of culture and a necessary prerequisite for its development. On the other hand, it is regarded as a vital component of culture and a cultural product. Based on this rationale, it becomes important to not only teach lexical semantics, rules, and grammar, but also socio-pragmatics across cultures. The purpose of this study is to explore: First, whether teaching cross-cultural socio-pragmatics can help curb cross-cultural pragmatic failure. Second, since the teaching of socio-pragmatics across cultures is not formalized, this study explores to what extent its formalization can help solve the cross- cultural pragmatic failure. Third, the research will determine which components of cross-cultural socio-pragmatics, when formalized and taught, are most helpful in preventing pragmatic failure across cultures. The Research method is a qualitative research approach. The data are collected from secondary sources by using document analysis; in which scholarly articles and journals related to the subject are reviewed for the data needed. Results indicate that language is classified as socially acquired knowledge together with other components of culture. Culture plays an important role in language learning, and the survival of a large number of linguistic species is dependent on the existence of cultures. Recommendations highlight the importance of formalization in the teaching of pragmatics to curb pragmatic failure by evoking pragmatic consciousness into the learning environment that constitutes the landscape of applied education.

التوجهات النظرية والمداخل المنهجية في دراسات رأس المال الاجتماعي والميراث
تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى الوقوف على طبيعة التناول النظري، والمنهجي لعينة من الدراسات التي تناولت حرمان المرأة من الميراث، وعينة من الدراسات التي تناولت رأس المال الاجتماعي، وتكمن أهميتها في اعتمادها على الأسلوبين الكمي، والكيفي باستخدام طريقة \"تحليل المضمون\" حيث من خلال تتبع الباحثة للتراث البحثي المكتوب عن حرمان المرأة من الميراث ورأس المال الاجتماعي، في الرسائل والبحوث العلمية ووصف مدى قوة بنائها الهيكلي، وتوضيح الأطر النظرية والمنهجية التي انطلقت منها؛ فإن المقارنة بين هذه الدراسات من الممكن أن تشكل قاعدة معلوماتية للباحثين في علم الاجتماع الديني، والأسري بوجه خاص والمهتمين بالبحث العلمي بوجه عام. وتعتمد هذا الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي المقارن الذي يهدف إلى بيان أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين هذه الدراسات؛ وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة الراهنة على جمع بيانات عمدية ل (34) دراسة عن حرمان المرأة من الميراث ورأس المال الاجتماعي.
