Algerian-Spanish Relations after 1791 from Hostility to Reconciliation
This article falls within the context of diplomatic relations between the Regency of Algiers and Spain, which witnessed a shift from long-standing hostility to official rapprochement. This change ended a political crisis between the two sides through the signing of two treaties of peace and surrender. These agreements led to the definitive liberation of the cities of Oran and Mersa El Kebir, and had significant implications for Algeria's position both locally and internationally. As a result, Algeria's political and geographical unity was consolidated.
Las Relaciones Lingüísticas y Culturales Entre Argelia y España
El Mediterráneo es considerado como el centro del mundo, lugar que reúne grandes civilizaciones durante varios milenios y espacio de cruce de varios intercambios y relaciones entre los pueblos que viven en sus orillas, desde tiempos inmemoriales. En este artículo, veremos dos tierras diferentes y extranjeras ubicadas en ambas orillas del Mediterráneo, Argelia en África y España en Europa. Nuestro estudio pretende precisamente reconocer a estos dos países y definir las relaciones e intercambios lingüísticos y culturales entre ambos, en el ámbito de la enseñanza secundaria y universitaria, durante las últimas décadas del siglo XX, período que coincide con la gobernación del presidente Buteflika.
