Egyptian Folk Identity as a Source of Creativity in Designing Multifunctional Furniture
Multi-functional (multi-purpose) furniture design has a special characteristic, as it is formed as a result of a creative process carried out by the designer in shadow of intellectual capabilities and multiple experiences in the field of specialization. Egyptian civilization, especially its popular identity, has a rich artistic heritage. The Egyptian artist's creativity has manifested itself in various aspects of life, especially the arts. Civilization has the characteristic of renewal and development whether it is in progress or weakness, and the extent of individuals awareness of their preservation of their cultural identity is measured. There is no doubt that identity expresses the absolute truth of a thing, which includes its essential characteristics that distinguish it from others. The research focuses on engaging contemporary technological sciences to spread community development. The Egyptian folk heritage has many artistic and constructive elements through which the designer can adapt them to create multi-purpose furniture designs bearing our Egyptian characteristics to emphasize our authentic Egyptian folk identity and to add a creative and aesthetic touch that gives a special character to the furniture pieces.

Derivational Morphology and Compounding
This study examines the morphological processes involved in word formation in Gugbe, a language spoken in West Africa, with particular focus on Nigeria and Benin. Unlike previous research, which has primarily explored Gugbe syntax (Aboh, 2017; 2007; 2005; 1999; 1998), this study shifts focus to morphology, addressing the gap in understanding of word-formation processes in the language. Building on Adjibi's (2020) work on Gugbe names and words associated with 'ogú' (the god of iron), the objectives here are to outline key Gugbe word-formation mechanisms and compare them to English morphological structures. Methodologically, the study analyzes words, phrases, and sentences from everyday speech and native songs, assessing morphological markers. Results show that Gugbe employs diverse processes: prefixation (e.g., otò, 'country'), suffixation (mítọn, 'our'), compounding (Gbé-kanlin, 'wild animal'), reduplication (dagbedagbe, 'very good'), calquing (Sȩnami, 'God gave it to me'), clipping under calquing (Mìjoședo), and borrowing (blȩdi, 'bread'). Notably, while most compound words in Gugbe are right-headed (e.g., gbékanlin, 'wild animal'), some are left-headed or non-headed. This investigation expands understanding of Gugbe morphology, enriching linguistic resources for Gugbe learners and prompting further research into Gugbe lexical innovation.
Women Innovative Work Behavior
Health, education, economics, social interactions, and governance are the five areas where the gender disparity is most pronounced in Saudi Arabia, all of which point to the necessity for more study of gender issues. Hence, women's empowerment is the process of giving women more control over their lives and the opportunities to realize their full potential and improve their quality of life. Women's empowerment is a situation in which women are given equal opportunities in the political, economic, and social spheres. A number of studies have examined how Saudi Arabia's cultural norms and customs towards women have changed as the nation has developed. The current study examines how women empowerment influence innovative work behavior through mediating role of creative process engagement, kaleidoscope and organizational politics and moderator on Saudi women. More specifically, this empirical study used a correlational research technique. A web based Survey Monkey form was used to compile the data. Purposive sampling methods were used to collect information from 499 Saudi Arabian women who hold positions in the governmental and commercial sectors. Smart partial least squares-structural equation modelling was used to verify the results of the investigation (Smart PLS-SEM version 4). The study's findings show that empowering women is strongly linked to more innovative approaches to the workplace. Additionally, kaleidoscope has been shown to be a viable mediator in the connection between women's empowerment and innovative behaviour in the workplace. Women's empowerment and IWB, as well as women's empowerment and participation in the innovation process, are all significantly impacted by organizational politics as a moderator, but women's empowerment and involvement in the innovation process are unaffected by organizational politics. Lastly, the current study suggests that managers may mitigate the negative consequences of office politics by strengthening employees' social networks and confidence in one another.
Algerian EFL Secondary School Teachers' Professional Development
This paper aims at investigating Algerian EFL secondary school teachers' professional development activities and whether they consider them as an institutional obligation or a personal pursuit. To reach this aim, a quantitative approach is adopted based on an online questionnaire, which was addressed to 40 teachers from different secondary schools in the districts of Constantine and Oum El Bouaghi via social media networks such as Facebook groups. The data obtained from the questionnaire revealed that the participants engaged in few professional development activities. They often practice self-monitoring and peer observation, and they sometimes use teaching portfolios. Moreover, workshops are the least practiced activities, yet teachers claim that they are good opportunities to discuss different issues related to their work. The findings also showed that teachers regard their professional development a personal pursuit rather than an institutional obligation. In short, professional development is considered a responsibility driven by personal motivation.
أثر التدريس القائم على الذكاءات المتعددة في التحصيل والاتجاهات نحو مادة التربية الإسلامية لدى طالبات الصف العاشر الثانوي بدولة الكويت
الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التدريس القائم على الذكاءات المتعددة في تحسين التحصيل بمادة التربية الإسلامية لدى طالبات الصف العاشر الثانوي واتجاهاتهن نحوها المنهجية: شبه التجريبي، وتم صياغة دروس مجال (الحديث الشريف وعلومه) من كتاب التربية الإسلامية وفقا للتدريس القائم على الذكاءات المتعددة بالإضافة إلى إعداد اختبار التحصيل بمادة التربية الإسلامية، واستخدام مقياس الاتجاهات نحو مادة التربية الإسلامية (إعداد : الهاجري، 2020)، وأجريت الدراسة على 47 طالبة موزعات في مجموعتين : تجريبية = 24 طالبة، ودرست وفق التدريس القائم على الذكاءات المتعددة، وضابطة = 23 طالبة، ودرست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية. النتائج: توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى α = 0.001 بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعتين على اختبار التحصيل، ومقياس الاتجاهات، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. الخلاصة: يُسهم التدريس القائم على الذكاءات المتعددة في تحسين التحصيل وتنمية الاتجاهات نحو مادة التربية الإسلامية لدى طالبات الصف العاشر الثانوي، وبالتالي يجب تدريب المعلمات على آليات توظيف الأنشطة التعليمية التعلمية القائمة على الذكاءات المتعددة، والاهتمام بتضمين كتب التربية الإسلامية نماذج من تلك الأنشطة.
