Study the Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Entrepreneurship
M Knowing the expectations of customers and responding to the changes created in the market plays an important role in the position of the organization. Therefore, it is inevitable to employ introspective, entrepreneurship and learning oriented strategies in organizations. Also, the existence of transformative leaders is necessary for continuous organizational changes and changes in today's dynamic and changing environments. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of survey method. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership style on organizational entrepreneurship. The statistical population of the research was the employees and students of Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi University in Ghazni Afghanistan, and the sample number was calculated 378 people by using Cochran's approach. The validity of questionnaire questions was confirmed by experts. Its reliability was also calculated with Cronbach's alpha test, 0.79 After confirming and determining the validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed by the researchers among the employees and students of the Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi university using simple random sampling method. SPSS software was used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed the normality of the data. Therefore, simple linear regression test has been used to check research hypotheses. The results indicated that the transformational leadership style with a beta coefficient of 0.790 has a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship. Also, the positive regression number (R=0.790) means that there is a direct relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational entrepreneurship. In general, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship with a confidence level of 95% and (sig < 0.05).
The Role of Business Networks in the Implementation of CSR
This study is a qualitative research aimed at examining the role of business networks, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within their strategies. The research focuses on analyzing the interactions between the entrepreneurial community in Béjaïa most dynamic business zone, TAHARACHT, and the stakeholders within their region. To address this, the study uses semi-structured interviews. The findings reveal that the business environment in TAHARACHT shows limited reliance on network formation and collaboration with stakeholders. This indicates that the region is not sufficiently integrated into the management practices of local businesses. We suggest that creating an inter-organizational facilitation structure could help foster sustainable development initiatives and identify actionable tools that business leaders can easily implement. Such a structure would play a key role in coordinating and mediating among the networks of actors within the territory.
The Selection Factors of the Leaders for the Conquest of Al-Maghrib \41-91 AH. / 661-710\
The Arab conquest of al-Maghrib began during the reign of the second caliph of the Al-Rashidun caliphs; ʿUmar ibn al-Khattab (13-23 AH/634-644) and was completed in the reign of the sixth Umayyad caliph Al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik (86-96 AH/705-715). Eastern historians have concentrated on the campaigns of the Muslim military leaders in al-Maghrib during the Al-Rashidun caliphs and the Umayyad state. However, the relationship between the Umayyad caliphs and the leaders of the conquest was not their focal point. Among these leaders were; Muawiya b. Hudayj al-Kindi (d. 58 AH/678), ʿUqbah ibn Nafi (d. 63 AH/683), Hassan ibn al-Numan (d. 86 AH/ 705), and Musa ibn Nusayr (d. 97 AH/ 716). Western historians have examined the crises occurring in the Umayyad state, but they did not clarify its impact on the relationship between the military leaders and the Umayyad caliphs. This study aims to analyze the process of selecting the military leaders by the Umayyad caliphs in completing the Arab conquest of al-Maghrib. It discusses the support offered by the Umayyad state to these leaders. This study also illustrates the relationship between the Umayyad state and the military leaders of the conquest. In addition to that, it clarifies the circumstances of the Umayyad state and its effects on the relationship between the Umayyad caliphs and the military leaders.
دور القيادة الأخلاقية في تعزيز أهداف التنمية المستدامة
البحث الحالي هدف إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور القيادة الأخلاقية كأحد الأنماط القيادية الحديثة الإيجابية في تعزيز أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتكون البحث من ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسية هي: الجزء الأول تكلم عن التنمية المستدامة من حيث التعريف والخصائص والجوانب والأهداف والمبادئ؛ الجزء الثاني شرح مفهوم القيادة الأخلاقية من حيث: التعريف والأبعاد والخصائص والتحديات؛ والجزء الثالث والأخير عرض لدور القيادة الأخلاقية في تعزيز أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وفي نهاية البحث تم تقديم الخلاصة وعدد من التوصيات. والبحث الحالي يعتبر من نمط البحوث النظرية المكتبية التي تعتمد على الوصف الكيفي لموضوع البحث، حيث تم الحديث عن: التنمية المستدامة والقيادة الأخلاقية والربط بينهما من خلال الاطلاع على الأدبيات العلمية المرتبطة في علم ومهنة الإدارة وخاصة تخصص السلوك التنظيمي، وفي تخصصات علمية أخري وخاصة علم اجتماع التنمية.
