Examining the Legal Implications of Social Media Bias against Pro-Palestinian Voices
The growing usage of social media platform has led to the emergence of crimes committed through these platforms. In response to the legal obligations, social media companies have imposed content moderation procedure on user's generated content to avoid legal implication of potential misuse. However, this mechanism has been used unethically to implement a discriminatory censorship against the Pro-Palestinian voices, showing bias towards the Israeli narrative. these practices raise inquiries about the legal nature of these companies as mere internet service providers, further to the legal ramifications for committing discrimination, the act prohibited under international human rights treaties and various national legislations worldwide. Relying on an analytical approach, this study aims to shed light on the continuous violations of Palestinians' rights to freedom of opinion, expression, and equality by social media platforms. we will scrutinize the legal and jurisprudential perspectives, while also reviewing the possible solutions to empower the Palestinian community in practicing and enjoying their digital rights.

Language, Ideology and Conflict Representation
This study examines how two major English-language Arab media outlets, Arab News and Al-Ahram Weekly, reported on the May 2021 Gaza-Israel conflict. Using Fairclough's (2003) three-dimensional model of Critical Discourse Analysis, supported by van Dijk's (2003) ideological discourse strategies, the study analyzes one article from each outlet: Hazem Balousha's \"UN peace envoy warns of 'all-out war' as Israeli bombardment of Gaza continues\" (Arab News, May 12, 2021) and Ahmed Eleiba's \"Gaza's Race Against Time\" (Al-Ahram Weekly, May 19, 2021). The analysis looks at the language, structure, and framing choices in each article to understand how they represent Palestinian civilians, Israeli military action, and Egyptian mediation. The findings show that Arab News uses emotional and descriptive language to highlight the human suffering of Palestinians, while Al-Ahram Weekly focuses on Egypt's diplomatic efforts, using a more formal and institutional style. These differences reflect the editorial priorities and national contexts of each outlet, showing how Arab media can present the same conflict in different ways. The study adds to an understanding of how language shapes public views of conflict and how media discourse reflects broader political and cultural contexts.

النموذج الانتفاضي الفلسطيني : دراسة في الحركة الوطنية والظاهرة الإسلامية
تحت عنوان \"النموذج الانتفاضي الفلسطيني\" يقدم الباحث الدكتور بشير سعيد أبو القرايا دراسة في (الحركة الوطنية والظاهرة الإسلامية) ينظر من خلالها إلى النموذج الانتفاضي الفلسطيني منذ بدايات العقد الثامن من القرن التاسع عشر وحتى أوائل العام السابع من القرن الواحد والعشرين، لأن هذه الفترة على ما يرى المؤلف شهدت بدايات المشروع الصهيوني والإرهاصات الأولى لظاهرة الانتفاضات الشعبية التي كانت في صورة هبات جماهيرية سرعان ما تحولت إلى ثورات لاهبة، وخاصة في ظل التحولات الكبرى التي جرت على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي منذ ذلك التاريخ والتي كانت لها تأثيراتها المباشرة وغير المباشرة على بزوغ الظاهرة وخروجها إلى أرض الواقع.
