The Contribution of the Audit Committee in the Improvement of the Quality of the Internal Audit
The quality of the internal audit is a necessary condition for its effectiveness in achieving its objectives. The literature identifies two criteria for a good quality of audit: competence and independence. The first is framed by the code of ethics, the different standards of the function, training, etc. However, the second criterion is more complicated since it is more sensitive. Attachment to the highest hierarchical level guarantees to the internal audit its independence from the various stakeholders. The establishment of an audit committee is seen by professionals as the best way to achieve this independence. In order to understand the contribution of the audit committee in improving the quality of internal audit, we chose to carry out a survey by questionnaire on 45 internal auditors working in Algerian companies.

تطور القطاع الخاص ودوره في التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر
هدف هذا الكتاب إلى محاولة توضيح مدى مساهمة القطاع الخاص في التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لتطور القطاع الخاص منذ الاستقلال عبر عديد القوانين والتشريعات مرورا بالتحول الاقتصادي وجملة الإصلاحات والسياسات الاقتصادية التي ترتبت عنه في مقدمتها سياسة الخوصصة التي كان لها بالغ الأثر على نمو وتوسع القطاع الخاص، كما شاول بالدراسة والتحليل لأهم سياسات دعم وتفعيل القطاع الخاص الذي أوجده صانع القرار في الجزائر من خلال تناول سياسة الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص على اعتبار أن الجزائر قد قطعت شوطا هاما في هذا المجال، كما نتناول المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كاحد أهم أوجه القطاع الخاص، لما لها من دور مهم في النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر من خلال مساهمتها في الناتج الداخلي الخام والقيمة المضافة وكذا توفيرها للعديد من مناصب الشغل

Modeling Specific to Marketing Structuring
Few academic studies have tackled the organizational aspects of marketing. Thus, this article aims to address this shortcoming of information and present an operating model that offers a comprehensive view of marketing structuring. It also helps know what relationship can emerge between the structural dimensions of marketing and the contextual characteristics; by drawing on the conceptions of the contingency theory of organizations and examining the various previous research on the subject of marketing structuring. This work can be seen as a first step of a preparatory study to test our new conceptual model and to investigate it in an empirical way within Algerian companies.

The Impact of Company Size, Strategic Alignment, and Employee Training on Technological Infrastructure Availability in Algerian Firms
This paper aims to examine the linkage between company size, strategic alignment, employee training, and technological infrastructure within Algerian firms. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed. A descriptive method and multiple regression were used to analyze and interpret the results. Results show that in the Algerian firms, the technological infrastructure is determined by the company size. Strategic alignment and employee training explain the technological infrastructure availability, but they have no critical significance than company size factors.

تحليل تجريبي للعلاقة بين ائتمان القطاع الخاص، النمو الاقتصادي والتضخم
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين ائتمان القطاع الخاص، النمو الاقتصادي والتضخم في الجزائر للفترة (1980-2020)، وذلك بتوظيف نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع. أثبتت نتائج نموذج تصحيح الخطأ والمرونات معنوية جميع متغيرات الدراسة بين مستوى دلالة 1% و5%، ومثلما كان متوقعا فقد جاءت إشارة معلمة تصحيح الخطأ سالبة ومعنوية، وهذا يدل على أن النموذج المقدر يتضمن آلية العودة إلى التوازن من جديد. كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين ائتمان القطاع الخاص وعدد السكان من جهة والنمو الاقتصادي من جهة أخرى، وهذا راجع لتوجه الجزائر نحو اقتصاد السوق والاهتمام أكثر بالقطاع الخاص، بينما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين التضخم والنمو الاقتصادي حيث كان التأثير غير مهم وهو ما يتوافق مع النظرية الاقتصادية (رؤية فريدمان).

Determinants of Private Sector Investment
This study investigates the determinants of private investment in Algeria over the period of 1980-2017. Employing modern time series econometric techniques the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The results suggest that investment decisions seem to be determined, In the long run, by foreign direct investment, public investment, credit to private sector, real exchange rate, trade liberalization and external debt. while real gross domestic product, foreign direct investment, public investment, real exchange a rate, trade liberalization and external debt are statistically significant in the short run. This study provides important results for policymakers in framing investment behavior in policy formulation.

Les Determinants du Transfert de Connaissances dans le Cadre D'un Partenariat Public-Prive en Algerie
Le présent article traite des déterminants du transfert de connaissances dans le contexte d'un Partenariat Public Privé (PPP) mis en place dans le secteur des services publics de l'eau en Algérie. Nous avons opté pour l'étude du cas du contrat de management de la Société des Eaux et de l'Assainissement d'Alger (SEAAL). Il ressort des résultats obtenus, à l'aide d'une enquête par questionnaire, que la réussite du processus de transfert de connaissances dans le cadre de ce PPP repose sur huit facteurs déterminants à savoir la communication, la confiance, la formalisation des objectifs, la capacité d'absorption, la transparence, la culture organisationnelle, la formalisation des compétences et l'expertise de l'opérateur privé.
