Photojournalism's Ethics in the Digital Age of Manipulation
This study addresses the issue of photojournalism ethics in the digital era, where technological advancements have made image manipulation easier and more widespread. Since the 1980s, the introduction of digital cameras and editing software such as Photoshop has dramatically transformed journalistic practices, raising concerns about credibility and professionalism. The ability to seamlessly add, remove, or alter visual elements has challenged the long-held assumption that news photographs reflect reality. The research traces the origins of digital photo manipulation in newsrooms, the tools used, and its impact on photojournalists' workflows. It also examines the ethical codes adopted by international media organizations such as the Associated Press, which strictly prohibit adding or removing elements while allowing minor technical corrections (e.g., adjusting brightness, removing dust). The absence of universally binding guidelines has led to controversial cases of altered images being published, damaging public trust. The study concludes that photojournalistic credibility is undermined whenever manipulations are exposed, threatening the profession's integrity. To preserve photojournalism as a truthful medium, strict ethical boundaries must be observed, coupled with global standards and media literacy efforts. The subject of this study is investigating eugenic or genetic improvement as one of the most important contemporary issues of practical ethnics. Statement of the problem is as the following: is promoting genetic structure of human race possible through genetic engineering and storage of sperms of men with outstanding features in sperm banks and implanting them into the uterus of women on large scale either naturally or through artificial insemination? Improving the quality of human race and eliminating or reducing genetic defects through control of behavioral and biological changes in the human genome, it's being good or evil and morally and religiously acceptable, is an important issue that should be explored. The main objective of this descriptive-analytical study is, in addition to critical investigation of immoral genetic evolution, presenting a new outlook of the comprehensive religion of Islam to achieve a clean and well-educated generation and remove the defects and genetic shortcomings to acquire an ideal society. The most important result of this research is that Islam confirms genetic engineering through different methods and, even, presents several recommendations in this regard. Ignoring moral principles, identity crisis, reinforcing racism, fall of genetic knowledge, possibility of mental and psychological problems, ignoring will power, and political and social abuses are most important critiques of genetic engineering which is done through controlling and changing human gnomes.

القيم الأخلاقية لدي ممارسي العلاقات العامة في المنظمات السعودية

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى إدراك ممارسي العلاقات العامة للقيم الأخلاقية في المنظمات السعودية العامة والخاصة، ومدى التزامهم الفعلي بهذه القيم، ومحاولة الكشف عن الضغوط التي تؤثر على مدى التزامهم بممارسة مهنة العلاقات العامة في المنظمات السعودية العامة والخاصة، اعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها النظري على الأدبيات التي ركزت على القيم الأخلاقية لممارسة مهنة العلاقات العامة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع وزارات الدولة الرئيسة وعدد (20) وزارة حسب التشكيل الأخير لمجلس الوزراء، كما شمل مجتمع الدراسة (25) منظمة من القطاع الخاص يتجاوز رأس مالها أكثر من (20) مليون ريال. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من المنظمات السعودية العامة والخاصة، حيث شملت العينة من الوزارات الحكومية ثلاث وزارات وهي: (وزارة العدل، والصحة، والنقل(، بينما شملت العينة من منظمات القطاع الخاص )الشركة السعودية للنقل البري، والشركة السعودية للنقل الجامعي، وشركة المراعي الغذائية). وتم استخدام الحصر الشامل لممارسي العلاقات العامة في تلك المنظمات.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه منظومة القيم الأخلاقية بالمجتمعات الافتراضية، كما تهدف إلى تقديم بدائل وحلول تطبيقية لمواجهة أزمة القيم بتلك المجتمعات، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة منها: أهمية مواجهة أزمة القيم على ساحة المجتمع الافتراضي، وضرورة توفير أنشطة تربوية للشباب في المجتمع الافتراضي، أيضا تقديم فعاليات ومحتوى من القيم مناسب للشباب على ساحة المجتمع الافتراضي.

مستوى الوعي بالقضايا الأخلاقية الحيوية لدى عينة من معلمي وموجهي مادة العلوم في أمانة العاصمة-صنعاء

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الوعي بالقضايا الأخلاقية الحيوية لدى عينة من معلمي وموجهي مادة العلوم في أمانة العاصمة- صنعاء، تم تبني المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، وتم بناء مقياس مكون من 18 موقفا موزعة على 9 قضايا أخلاقية، وتطبيقه على 64 معلما وموجها للعلوم بواقع 32 مستجيبا لكل فئة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الوعي بالقضايا الأخلاقية الحيوية لدى عينة الدراسة من معلمي وموجهي العلوم كانت دون المستوى المقبول، كما لوحظ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط الرتب لكل من معلمي وموجهي العلوم في مستوى الوعي بالقضايا الأخلاقية الحيوية جاءت لصالح المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمي وموجهي العلوم تعزى لمتغيري الجنس ونوعية المؤهل العلمي.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to provide a review of opportunities and challenges to contribute to knowledge about relationship marketing ethics from an Islamic perspective. There is an attempt to precisely address these two areas in the current context of marketing. Methods: Focuses on the current state of ethics in marketing research and provides directions for future research to enhance knowledge. The authors also propose personal viewpoints regarding relationship marketing ethics from an Islamic perspective. The historical approach was used through which solutions and a critical approach to relationship marketing are developed through an authentic perspective in which the rules and principles of Islamic marketing ethics and marketing theories are used to enhance knowledge and practice. Results: The authors developed a different discipline in Islamic marketing, which is termed Islamic relationship marketing ethics. The new concept has been reviewed critically in terms of practices to determine its unique features. Conclusion: The current study is considered a starting point for future academic discussions on this discipline that can offer guidelines to improve relationship marketing practices for Muslim-dominated societies and help relationship marketing practitioners to promote Islamic values.

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate higher primary school students' practice of digital citizenship values in the governorate of Jenin, Palestine. Methodology: The methodology involves a questionnaire of 31 items testing the degree to which digital citizenship is practiced at the technological, social, commercial and ethical dimensions is designed and distributed to a random sample of 381 students from Jenin's governmental schools and analyzed using the (SPSS) program in the second semester of the 2019 school year. Findings: Findings indicate a moderate level of overall digital citizenship, with technological proficiency surpassing social, commercial, and ethical dimensions. Moreover, the study shows no statistically significant differences between the average scores of students' practice of digital citizenship values according to gender, academic performance, and ownership of a digital device. Recommendations: Therefore, the study recommends strengthening digital citizenship education by fostering inclusive online environments, activating the role of educational institutions in boosting students' practice of digital citizenship values, and designing educational programs that enhance students' practice of digital citizenship values particularly for the commercial and ethical dimensions.

Students, as the young and educated segment of the society, should observe moral virtues such as sincerity of intention, piety, respect for the rights of professors and other people in the academic environment, attention to scientific and academic duties, respect for order and discipline, non-violation of the rights of others, from all sections of the society. They should be in the forefront, so that they can use their knowledge in a good and right way, not go astray and avoid wasting their time. In the instructions of Islamic Sharia, there are detailed and clear guidelines for moving towards evolution, which makes the path of pride, success, progress, growth and development possible for humans, and one of its clear messages is to adhere to moral values. Non-observance of its moral foundations by the scientific community is one of the problems that must be addressed, because this problem has a negative effect on the moral foundations in the society and has diverted the society from its purposeful path and the existential philosophy of universities and academic foundations and it brings these academic foundations and universities under question. This article is organized under the title of etiquette and duties of students in the academic environment from the perspective of Islamic Sharia, in order to understand the duties and responsibilities of students in the academic environment, and the library method has been adopted to collect information.
