الفصل التاسع عشر 12xIX من تاريخ الأعمال Historia rerum للمؤرخ الصليبي وليم الصوري ت 1186 م
عرض البحث ترجمة الفصل التاسع عشر من تاريخ الأعمال للمؤرخ الصليبي وليم الصوري. فيُعد وليم المؤرخ الرسمي لمملكة بيت المقدس اللاتينية في القرن الثاني عشر م ويرجع أهمية هذا الكتاب وبالأخص الفصل التاسع عشر إلى دوره في تسجيل تاريخ حركة الاستعمار الأوروبي في شرقي البحر المتوسط في العصور الوسطي المعروفة بالحروب الصليبية خاصة في القرن الثاني عشر م حتى عام وفاته، حيث ظل النص في لغته اللاتينية إلى أن قام كل من ا. بابكوك وا. سي كراي بترجمته إلى الإنجليزية في مجلدين وتم إصدارهم في نيويورك عام 1943م وظل الباحثون يعتمدون على الترجمة المذكورة إلى أن عثر العالم اللغة اللاتينية روبرت على الفصل المفقود من الكتاب وقام بنشر عمله في مجلة لاتوموس. واستعرض البحث بعض الدلالات الخاصة بالترجمة ومنها أن النص يكشف عن الزخم العلمي الكبير الذي كانت تعيشه كل من فرنسا وخاصة باريس وإيطاليا وعلى نحو خاص بولونيا خلال ما أطلق عليه الباحثون نهضة القرن الثاني عشر م، كما يتضح موسوعية التكوين العلمي لوليم الصوري إذ درس العديد من العلوم مثل اللاهوت والمنطق والفلسفة والقانون المدني والقانون الكنسي فانعكس ذلك كله تاريخ الأعمال الذي يدل على أننا أمام مؤرخ متعدد التكوين العلمي وفى تصوري أن هذا التكوين العلمي الفريد يجعلنا نحاذر في مقارنته بغيره من المؤرخين الأوروبيين. ثم تطرق البحث إلى ملاحظات أخري على الفصل المفقود ومنها أن وليم الصوري استعان بنصوص من الكتاب المقدس ويرجع ذلك إلى تكوينه الكنسي وقد تكرر ذلك الاستشهاد من العهد القديم والجديد على حد سواء وفق مقتضيات الاستخدام وهو في هذا الأمر يتشابه مع غيره من المؤرخين الصليبيين ذوي خلفية دينية كنسية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2021

فهوم أهل العلم لكلام ابن الصلاح على تصحيح الاحاديث في الاعصار المتاخرة
فكرة البحث قائمة على عرض كلام ابن الصلاح في مسألة تصحيح الأحاديث في الأعصار المتأخرة وتتبع أفهام العلماء وتوجيهاتهم لها مع مناقشتها، فجمع الباحث سبعة فهوم لمن جاء بعد ابن الصلاح إلى وقتنا المعاصر، رجح قولين منها وكان الأول أقوى من الآخر، أما الأول: أن ابن الصلاح أراد تعسر تصحيح الأحاديث في الأعصار المتأخرة لا التعذر، والآخر: أن ابن الصلاح منع الجزم بصحة الأحاديث لا الصحة الظنية، وكان هذا الترجيح من أبرز نتائج البحث، وأوصى الباحث بالاهتمام بالسائل المشكلة في كتاب ابن الصلاح من خلال دراساتها وبحثها.

Islamic Social Finance: Entrepreneurship, Cooperation and the Sharing Economy
The aim of this review is to discuss the notion of Islamic social finance, or what social finance is according to some researchers in Islamic finance, and the theoretical corpus on which it is based (as discussed in the book), both on the conceptual (tawḥīdī paradigm) and teleological (maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah) levels. This review goes beyond the approach that Islamic social finance refers to the social dimension of entrepreneurship financed Islamically, as advocated in the book. With reference to specialized literature in social and solidarity economy, it is argued that the object of social finance should focus on how social organizations -primarily awqāf which dates back to ancient times -provide funding to continue to play a role in societies. This means that the waqf is more than a simple financing instrument or financial engineering tool, and that the financial aspect is not the only or the main resource in the life of societies. Waqf, and all other social institutions, feed above all on the social link which is an inestimable treasure and provides protection for life. Would we exchange that which is better (social connections) for that which is lower (money and wealth)?

Voix/voies de L'exil dans La Fiancée Était à dos d'âne de Vénus Khoury-Ghata
This study focuses on aspects of polyphony in the French novel Mécaniques du chaos (2017) written by Daniel Rondeau. This linguistic phenomenon refers to combination of various voices in same sentence. These voices emerge from enunciate utterances of which the responsibility is taken by narrator and persons of the history. We tend to focus on pragmatic functions of language contact in this literary enunciation, and in particular, those which produce the polyphony. Language contact is happened by two ways: intertextuality and non-coincidence of discourse. We then detail the subsequent layers of discursive movements that consist of narrative and direct discourse. The analysis tries to point out different ways of duplicate voice. In narrative, couples of foreign and autochthone words are introduced in certain passages, and in the others, foreign words substitute. The code of direct discourse explains existing cleavage between speaker and enunciator, and this cleavage produces simultaneous voices.

الإمكانات التشكيلية والجمالية للحروف الصينية كمدخل لإثراء اللوحة الزخرفية
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على اللغة الصينية ودراسة ماهيتها وتاريخ نشأتها ومراحل تطورها والمراحل المختلفة التي مرت بها الكتابة الصينية والكشف عن الإمكانات التشكيلية والجمالية للحروف الصينية والتي يمكن الاستفادة منها في إثراء اللوحة الزخرفية كمفردات تصميمية وتشكيلية معاصرة وعرض لبعض الأعمال الفنية التي تناولت تلك الحروف. تركزت مشكلة البحث على الاستفادة من الإمكانات التشكيلية والجمالية للحروف الصينية كمدخل لإثراء اللوحة الزخرفية ويستعرض أيضاً هذا البحث جماليات الحروف الصينية وما تمتلكه من تكوينات خاصة ترتبط بالنظم الهندسية والتي تعد من المفردات البصرية القادرة على التجاوب مع دارسي الفنون بشكل عام والتصميم الزخرفي بشكل خاص ومساعدتهم للقيام بلوحات تشكيلية منفردة نظرا لما يتمتع به الخط الصيني من خصائص وصفات تتيح له التعبير المتقن عن الحركة والتشكيل وفق نظم بصرية جمالية تشكيلية تثري اللوحة الزخرفية ، وتوصي الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام باللغة الصينية للاستفادة بما تتضمنه من قيم فنية للحروف التي تنمى الجانب الابتكاري للمصمم، واستكمال البحث عن مداخل جديدة تخرج بالعمل الفني التصميمي من النمطية وتساهم في أبعاد جديدة تثرى مجال التصميم الزخرفي، ضرورة تعريف الدارسين بكيفية عمل صياغات بنائية مختلفة مستلهمة من الحروف الصينية لإنتاج تصميمات متنوعة، دراسة الأسس الفنية والتصميمية لها.
