The banking system constitutes the backbone of economic activity and plays a vital role in promoting economic development. A prosperous economy cannot exist without a well-developed and efficient banking sector. In this context, the Algerian legislature has undertaken a series of regulatory and structural reforms aimed at strengthening the banking system. Law No. 23-09 on monetary and banking matters introduced several key reforms, notably assigning the Bank of Algeria the responsibility of serving the public interest by steering monetary policy in alignment with national priorities. These reforms also seek to enhance the resilience of the banking sector against sudden financial shocks and to improve the competitiveness and operational efficiency of banks. This study primarily adopts an analytical approach to examine the relevant legal texts, complemented by a descriptive methodology.

استهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول تأثير استخدام الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة بكل ركائزها (الصيانة الذاتية، الصيانة المخططة، صيانة الجودة، التحسين المستمر، التدريب والتعليم) والتي تمثل المتغير المستقل على تحقيق الإنتاج الليني وأبعاده المتمثلة في (تحديد القيمة، تحديد مسار القيمة، التدفق، السحب، الكمال والإتقان) والتي تمثل المتغير التابع، بالتطبيق على وحدة تكنولوجيا الورش بكليه الهندسة جامعة المنصورة وتم تطبيق الدراسة الميدانية على الفنيين وحدة تكنولوجيا الورش بكليه الهندسة جامعة المنصورة والبالغ عددهم (٥٦) مفردة وفقا لسجلات وحدة تكنولوجيا الورش بكليه الهندسة جامعة المنصورة خلال عام (٢٠٢٤)، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث بالحصر الشامل لفنيين بالوحدة بمختف أقسامها، كما استخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من البيانات الثانوية، تم الحصول عليها من الكتب والمقالات والدوريات والرسائل العلمية وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أسلوب الانحدار الخطي المتعدد وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي وإيجابي لركائز الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (الصيانة الذاتية، التحسين المستمر الصيانة المخططة، التدريب والتعليم، صيانة الجودة) على أبعاد الإنتاج الليني (تحديد القيمة- تحديد مسار القيمة- التدفق- السحب- الكمال والإتقان)، كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي تلقي الضوء على أهميه الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة.

This study delves into the analysis of the impact of marketing activities on improving marketing performance at Bank CPA's Biskra branch. It begins with a theoretical examination of the research variables and subsequently translates them into practical applications within the bank's context. The study relied on a random sample of Bank CPA employees. Data collection was conducted through a designed questionnaire for the purposes of this study. After conducting various statistical tests, primarily using SPSS version 20, the study yielded several valuable results. These results revolved around the influence of reviewing marketing effectiveness in its different dimensions (customer philosophy, organizational integration, marketing information, strategic orientation) on the marketing activity within Bank CPA. It's worth noting a weaker influence of operational efficiency on marketing activity at the study's bank branch. The study also recommends the importance of enhancing proper scientific and practical practices for both the marketing effectiveness and marketing performance dimensions within most organizations. This can be achieved through raising awareness, training, education, and empowerment.

The rapid digital transformation in Egypt's banking sector is driven by the need for enhanced efficiency, innovation, adaptability, and customer service. This shift also highlights the critical role of employee training in sustaining competitive advantage and ensuring effective operations. As artificial intelligence (AI) technologies become increasingly integrated into digital training environments, it is essential to evaluate their actual influence on learning outcomes and workforce development. This study assess the impact of AI on digital training, including content design, implementation efficiency, evaluation processes, employee skill development and overall training effectiveness. For validating the proposed model and the developed research hypotheses, a cross sectional simple random sample (384 participants) was drawn from the Egyptian banking sector in Egypt. Results of the study revealed a strong, positive, and statistically significant relationship between AI and digital training aspects. Additionally, the combined effect of AI technologies accounts for 92.6 % of variation in digital training. Furthermore, the study asserts on the strategic importance of integrating AI in developing human capital, especially in rapidly evolving sectors like banking. Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations and action plan that can lead to effective and dynamic learning experience.

تعد نظم المعلومات الرقمية من أبرز الأدوات التي أحدثت تحولا جذريا في بيئة العمل المؤسسي، حيث أسهمت في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من خلال توفير البيانات والمعلومات بشكل سريع ودقيق لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار. ومع التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع، أصبحت المؤسسات تعتمد بشكل متزايد على نظم المعلومات الرقمية لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتطوير أساليب العمل، مما يساعد في رفع مستوى الإنتاجية وتعزيز جودة الأداء الوظيفي. تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح حجم وطبيعة تأثير نظم المعلومات الرقمية على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي داخل مؤسسة موانئ خليج عدن، مع التركيز على كيفية استخدام التقنيات الرقمية لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية، تسهيل العمليات الإدارية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة لعملاء الميناء. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم استخدام استبيان تم تصميمه وفقا المقياس ليكرت الخماسي، حيث تم استخدام منهجية نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بأسلوب المربعات الصغرى الجزئية (SEM-PLS) باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS3 لتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة حول العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الرقمية والأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة موانئ خليج عدن. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة استمرار المؤسسة في الاستثمار في تطوير وتحديث نظم المعلومات الرقمية، نظرا لتأثيرها القوي على الأداء الوظيفي، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على التطبيقات التي تدعم أداء المهام الأساسية للموظفين.
