الدور الوظيفي للمباني التراثية والتاريخية في مباني مدينة السلط الأردنية
إن الغرض الأساس من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن أهمية الموروث التراثي بجانبه المادي، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالمباني التراثية القديمة وكيف تم إعادة استخدامها أو توظيفها في وظائف تتناسب وطبيعة هذا الموروث التاريخي، لذا ركزت الدراسة على بيان الدور الوظيفي للمباني التراثية في واحدة من أعرق المدن التاريخية وهي مدينة السلط، حيث استعرضت الدراسة العديد من النماذج الناجحة للمباني التراثية التي تم استخدامها لتأدية وظائف عديدة كان تكون متاحف أو مطاعم أو مقاهي وغيرها من الوظائف، وقد تعاملت الدراسة مع الزوار والمجتمع المحلي القريب من تلك المباني التراثية لتحديد رأيه حول تلك الأدوار الوظيفية لهذه المباني.

إنشاء مباني
من أول مرحلة في البناء حتى ينتهي البناء وشغله وصيانته، وذلك يهدف هذا الكتاب إلى شرح أسلوب إنشاء مباني بدءا طبقا للتكنولوجيا الحديثة للبناء وللأصول الفنية لأسلوب التشييد والتحديد الصحيح لمواصفات ونوعيات كافة مواد البناء، ولم يترك أي ثغرة دون شرح أو توضيح حتى يتم البناء في حالة إتباع الأسلوب العلمي الواضح في هذا المرجع في أمان تام وطبقا للشروط الهندسية القياسية الصحيحة، حيث بدء الكتاب بشرح تسلسل وطرق إنشاء المباني وكافة النوعيات والتفاصيل الخاصة بالأساسات والحوائط والطبقات العازلة بأنواعها وفواصل التمدد والأسقف والسلالم والأعمال الخشبية والمعدنية والتشطيبات من بياض وأرضيات وأعمال صحية وتركيبات كهربائية ومصاعد والتوفيق.

Prominent among these is Law No. 23-18, which focuses on the protection and preservation of state lands. This legislation is crucial, as it tackles issues pivotal to national sovereignty and promotes sustainable economic growth. This study delves into the procedural amendments recently enacted to safeguard state properties, ensuring their judicious utilization and forestalling infringements that jeopardize public welfare. It further examines the enforcement strategies concerning illegal structures and facilities on state properties.

حماية المعالم الطينية الأثرية بالجزائر
تعتبر منطقة بسكرة بالجزائر احدى الشواهد المعمارية التي لا تزال محافظة على طابعها المعماري التقليدي، فكانت العمارة الطينية هي الشاهد المعبر عن حضارتها. وكان لتقنية البناء وإجادة التعامل مع مواد البناء في العمارة الطينية دورا هاما في إبراز العمارة المحلية. كان لدخول مواد جديدة كالحديد والإسمنت وغيرها، ودخول تقنيات جديدة بأفكار ونظريات مستوردة دورا هاما في ظهور مباني متعددة ومتنوعة غريبة عن البيئة المحلية ليس لها جذور أو أصول مما أدى إلى انقطاع التواصل الحضاري، وكرد فعل على ذلك كان لابد من تأصيل القيم الحضارية في العمارة الطينية وذلك لتحقيق الاستمرارية الحضارية. يعتبر الحفاظ على المعالم الطينية الموجودة في الجنوب الجزائري تحد كبير يواجه مختلف القائمين على حماية التراث، نظرا للصعوبة الكبيرة والمخاطر العديدة الذي يتعرض إليه هذا النوع من العمارة خاصة العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية، بالرغم من أن بعض الدول قد قطعت أشواطا كبيرة في حماية عمارتها الطينية، وفي هذا الإطار جاءت تجربة إعادة تأهيل مباني قصر ليشانة التي تقع بولاية بسكرة من طرف ثلة من الأساتذة والطلبة وجمعية الديوان السياحي لليشانة وهي مبادرة تطوعية، وقد سعت هذه التجربة إلى التعرف على المواد المحلية والأساليب والتقنيات المستعملة في البناء، والعمل على تكوين يد عاملة في مجال ترميم هذا النوع من المعالم الأثرية، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب، إضافة إلى محاولة ترميم وإصلاح بعض المنازل التي تعرضت للهدم بفعل العوامل المختلفة، والحفاظ على هذا النوع من العمارة الصديقة للبيئة والمعبرة عن تراث المنطقة في ظل التنامي والزحف الكبير للعمارة الاسمنتية من دون احترام خصوصيات المنطقة.

The Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence on Administrative Space Design
The field of design, especially interior design, has witnessed a remarkable development because of the integration of artificial intelligence applications to design, especially in last recent years. Thus, the research problem lies on, how to benefit from the features of artificial intelligence and how to produce, analyze and enhance the interior design process, especially in administrative space. This study is essential to understand how technology affects design and its potential to improve design quality, as artificial intelligence contributes to automating routine tasks of administrative interior design such as data entry, account follow-up, human resources management and customer communication Artificial intelligence may help in improving strategic and operational decision-making by analyzing data based on accurate and realistic information and predicting future trends, thus helping senior management make more accurate and faster decisions. Artificial intelligence also helps in improving user experience by using smart and interactive technology that makes the user experience easier and more suitable for interior space. AI may offer tremendous potential in administrative design to improve productivity, enhance creativity, and achieve more efficient designs, contributing to the development of innovative and effective work environments. This study aims to identify and explore the applications of artificial intelligence and their effectiveness and enriching in administrative interior design by using platforms and programs. The importance of the study also lies in following up and developing design process to keep pace with the ongoing developments in administrative interior design and how to benefit from them in practical application, and benefit from artificial intelligence on design process that refers to designer, user, and design process The research hypotheses that integrating artificial intelligence applications to design process may lead to more effective and efficient designs, in addition to studying the role of artificial intelligence applications and their impact on design process. The study follows the descriptive analytical and applied approach to reach the extent of the impact of artificial intelligence techniques on design of administrative space, through a practical application of ideas proposed by third-year students in the Department of Interior and furniture Design under the supervision of the researcher in the administrative space Design course (1).
