This article is based on new sociological theories to highlight the meaning of risk through the discourses of the first theorists in the domain. Noting how risk has evolved from a simple concept to a subject that has attracted the attention of theorists and researchers in several fields including sociology in its various specializations, from which a new specialty was then born that is concerned only with the risk and consequences that resulted from it in our lives.

The international experiences of many small and medium industrial enterprises indicate the risks that led to the failure of these projects to achieve the advantages of economies of scale when purchasing materials necessary for production such as raw materials and equipment, in addition to the risks of weak financing and advisory services, which prevents these projects from achieving market opportunities that It requires high volume production, homogeneous standards and regular supply. By reviewing Mexico's successful experience of industrial clusters in facing the risks of small and medium industries, and then strengthening its industrial exports and supporting its competitiveness, the Egyptian economy can benefit from that experience through a number of criteria that these countries have followed.

كشف البحث عن قواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية في قانون العمل في النظاميين المصري والأمريكي. اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي المقارن. وتطلب العرض المنهجي للبحث تقسيمه إلى تمهيد وفصلين، عرض التمهيد المخاطر التي تهدد بيئة العمل وبه مطلبين هما خطر التلوث وأثره على بيئة العمل، المخاطر النوعية التي تهدد بيئة العمل. وناقش الفصل الأول مبدأ السلامة والصحة المهنية كإطار عام لالتزامات صاحب العمل بتأمين بيئة العمل وتضمن مبحثين هما المقصود بالسلامة والصحة المهنية وقسم إلى مفهوم السلامة والصحة المهنية ومبدأهم في الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الداخلية، وبين المبحث الثاني التزامات صاحب العمل ومبدأ السلامة والصحة المهنية وبه مطلبين هما التزامات صاحب العمل، جزاء إخلال صاحب العمل بمبدأ السلامة والصحة. وتناول الفصل الثاني معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية وضمانات الالتزام بها وقسم إلى مبحثين، وتضمن المبحث الأول ماهية معاييرهم وتطبيقاتها. وعرض المبحث الثاني ضمانات التقيد بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية واشتمل على مطلبين هما أجهزة السلامة والصحة المهنية وتنظيمها، التفتيش على أماكن العمل. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن موضوعات السلامة والصحة المهنية من الموضوعات المتلازمة مع تواجد العامل ولاتزال الكثير منها تثير إشكاليات عديدة بشأن البحث والتنظيم. وأوصى البحث بالعمل على وجود نظام فعال للسلامة والصحة المهنية في كافة المنشآت. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على حماية بيئة العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال المقارنة بين الأنظمة الداخلية ومستويات العمل الدولية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتم تقسم البحث إلى فصلين، عرض الأول التعريف ببيئة العمل وما يهددها من مخاطرها، وفيه مبحثين هما المفهوم القانوني لبيئة العمل، وأهم المخاطر التي تهدد بيئة العمل. وكشف الثاني عن المواجهة القانونية لمخاطر بيئة العمل في النظام السعودي، وناقش ذلك من خلال مبحثين هما قصور المواجهة التشريعية لمخاطر بيئة العمل في النظام السعودي، والتزامات صاحب العمل كمدخل لحماية بيئة العمل في النظام السعودي. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن المملكة السعودية تعد واحداً من أكثر أعضاء منظمة الأمم المتحدة التزاماً ببرامج التدريب والتوعية في مجال البيئة العامة حيث أسهمت في الحفاظ على البيئة والحد من التلوث. وأوصى البحث بضرورة أن يفرد المنظم السعودي ببيئة العمل قواعد قانونية خاصة يكون من شأنها مواجهة المخاطر التي تهددها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022

Sustainable development is a type of development that satisfies the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The concept of sustainable development presents new ways for businesses to approach industrial risks, worker health, and working conditions. Algeria entered the post-oil era in June 2014 with the drop in oil prices, a concerning situation as the country faces a crisis. To address the situation, Algeria relies heavily on renewable energy sources, which generate significant hopes. The central objective of our study is to highlight the significance of promoting a culture of sustainable development for the emergence of the Algerian economy on the one hand and indicate that renewable energies offer a lifeline to cope with the decline in hydrocarbon production in Algeria on the other.

Ces risques, quelques soient leurs origines, se manifestent dans des zones urbanisées mettant en péril la vie de plusieurs personnes et de leurs biens. L'analyse des différentes conséquences potentielles d'un éventuel accident indique que les populations qui entourent ces trois zones industrielles sont exposées à un risque majeur devant une politique de prévention des risques et de gestion des catastrophes incomplètes. Pour mieux comprendre le phénomène du risque autour de ces trois zones industrielles qui constituent une menace permanente, à savoir l'évolution spatiale de l'agglomération ainsi que les conséquences potentielles en cas d'un éventuel accident. L'enjeu est de créer une vraie culture de sécurité ,c'est un enjeu considérable qui touche chacun de nous, il s'agit tout simplement ,de constituer une politique cohérente de prévention des risques et de gestion des catastrophes, touchant non seulement à l'existant mais aussi aux situations futures à long terme.
