The world has evolved a lot recently, as the world has witnessed six epidemics from the twenty first century until now, the first of which was severe acute respiratory syndrome, Middle East respiratory syndrome, Ebola, bird flu, swine flu, and finally the emerging corona epidemic. If we had already entered the era of epidemics, it was necessary to conduct many studies, that we will deal with in our study, as it was found that interior designers must start applying new standards for designing the internal and external vacuum, including for example, taking into account advanced basics to study interior and exterior design elements (floors, walls, ..., lighting, ventilation) and determine the number of people who live in one internal space. As architecture is a mirror that reflects the culture of society, as it expresses the identity of the designer, his personality and the extent to which he keeps pace with emergent and changing events, therefore, architectural and design creativity is characterized in most of its designs by seeking to design external and internal vacuum that remain safe and livable and whose vacuum are not devoid of their occupants once an epidemic breaks out. The occupants of a single interior space are not concerned about being with each other. To activate this, the most important precautionary measures that must be taken into account when epidemics spread will be identified, the basic design principles necessary to limit the rapid spread of epidemics in the internal void will be identified, on the one hand, a new vision of the contemporary interior space design elements (shape, void, function ...), and on the other hand, presenting a new vision for developing traditional methods that are already present in the internal vacuum with advanced technology, to reach environmentally sustainable internal spaces capable of withstanding in the face of pandemics and epidemics.

يهدف البحث إلى استكشاف كيفية دمج التصميم البارامتري مع مفهوم التصميم الصديق للبيئة في المساحات الداخلية لتحقيق بيئات معمارية مستدامة وفعالة، التصميم البارامتري، الذي يعتمد على الخوارزميات والتحليل الرقمي لإنشاء هياكل معمارية معقدة، يوفر فرصا لا محدودة لتطوير تصاميم مبتكرة ومتجاوبة مع المعايير البيئية، يركز البحث على تحديد المبادئ الأساسية للتصميم الصديق للبيئة، مثل استخدام المواد المستدامة، تقليل استهلاك الطاقة، وتحسين جودة الهواء الداخلي، وكيفية توظيف هذه المبادئ ضمن إطار التصميم البارامتري، كما يتناول البحث عدة دراسات حالة لمشاريع معمارية ناجحة جمعت بين هذين النهجين، موضحا كيف أن التصميم البارامتري يمكن أن يعزز الاستدامة من خلال تحسين الكفاءة الحرارية، وتوزيع الضوء الطبيعي، واستخدام الموارد بكفاءة، كما يناقش البحث التحديات التقنية والاقتصادية التي تواجه دمج هذين النوعين من التصميم، مثل التكلفة العالية والتعقيد التكنولوجي، ويقترح استراتيجيات للتغلب على هذه التحديات، يختتم البحث بتقديم توصيات للمصممين والمعماريين حول كيفية تحقيق تكامل فعال بين التصميم البارامتري والصديق للبيئة، بما يسهم في تطوير بيئات داخلية مستدامة وصحية تلبي احتياجات المستخدمين وتعزز من رفاهيتهم.

في عصرنا الحديث تنوعت أشكال وسبل المعيشة فأصبح أسلوب حياتنا اليومية سريع، وبمقتضى ذلك أصبح الناس يقتصدون في أوقات طعامهم وملبسهم. فنشأ عن ذلك سلسة من المطاعم التي انتشرت بشكل سريع على مستوى العالم. ومن أسباب هذا الانتشار الواسع الخدمات المقدمة والسريعة من قبل هذه المطاعم. واستنادا إلى الضرورات الإنسانية الملحة في تلبية الاحتياجات الخاصة والعامة تنشأ أهمية التصميم الذي امتد ليشمل المجالات المختلفة مثل العمارة والحيزات الداخلية وغيرها من المجالات التي نحتاجها بشكل يومي ومستمر؛ فالإنسان له أن يبتكر ما يشاء تلبية لاحتياجاته الوظيفية في الحياة وسعيا وراء التجديد والابتكار لمعيشته وحياته. وكل تصميم لكي يحقق غرضه ويصيب هدفه لابد أن يتم فيه مراعاة الجديد على الجانبين الشكلي والوظيفي؛ فالشيء المبتكر والذي يتم توظيفه في حياتنا اليومية يعتبر إضافة ابتكارية في الحياة لتدبير أمور حياتنا وراحتنا. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الفراغات الخدمية ونخص منها المطاعم التي تقدم وجبات سريعة، ورصد لمجموعة من المشكلات التصميمية وطرق التغلب على هذه المشاكل باستخدام بعض الحلول التصميمية. تتطرق الدراسة لأهم المشاكل التصميمية التي يتعرض لها أي حيز داخلي وهي ضيق مساحة الحيز الداخلي. وقد تمثلت المشكلة البحثية في تلمس السبل التي من شأنها أن تزيد من كفاءة استخدام الفراغات الداخلية بالأماكن الخدمية بشكل عام، مما يساهم في إيجاد حل لمشكلة المساحات الصغيرة. أيضا يستهدف البحث دراسة إجرائية من خلال تحليل للفكرة التصميمية على عينة من الطالبات الدراسة المسقط الأفقي لمطعم بأحد المناطق المميزة بمنطقة جازان بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وكان الهدف الأساسي من المشروع هو إيجاد حلول للمساحات الصغيرة.

يستكشف هذا البحث مفهوم التصميم أو التصميم البيوفيلي (Biophilic Design) في الهندسة الداخلية وتأثيره المحتمل في مواجهة التحديات التي تفرضها البيئات الحضرية. يسعى التصميم الحيوي إلى دمج العناصر والأنماط الطبيعية في البيئة المبنية، ما يعزز العلاقة بين البشر والطبيعة. لقد أدى تقدم التحضر إلى مدن تشبه الأدغال المصنوعة من الخرسانة، وذلك أثر على صحة سكانها بشكل ملحوظ. إن تطبيق مبادئ التصميم الحيوي في المساحات الداخلية في الحضر يهدف إلى التخفيف من تحديات الحياة الحضرية من خلال خلق بيئات مستدامة صحية وأكثر إنتاجية ومتعة. إن التصميم الحيوي هو موضوع الساعة وذو اهتمام متزايد في مجالات الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة الداخلية. مع استمرار التحضر والانفصال عن الطبيعة اللذين يمثلان تحديات كبيرة، يستكشف الباحثون والممارسون طرقا لدمج العناصر الطبيعية في البيئات المبنية لتعزيز رفاهية الإنسان وخلق مساحات معيشة أكثر استدامة، ذات وظائف فعالة وجميلة.

في ضوء التحديات الراهنة وما يشهده العالم من أحداث جراء الوباء العالمي covid 19، أدت إلى التأثير على العديد من القطاعات وأخص في هذا البحث القطاعات الثقافية الفنية، والتي تعتمد بشكل أساسي على التفاعل بين الفنان والجمهور في قاعات العرض المغلقة في المراكز الثقافية المختلفة. ونتيجة لما يشهده العالم من إجراءات أدت إلى ضرورة التباعد الاجتماعي، والاتجاه إلى أماكن العرض المفتوحة دون القاعات المغلقة، ومراعاة الجوانب الاقتصادية والتي تأثرت بشكل كبير جراء هذا الوباء، والذي أدى إلى أهمية دور التصميم الداخلي في إيجاد الحلول التصميمية في ضوء هذه الاحتياجات المستحدثة من خلال استخدام المنشأ المؤقت وما يتبعه من تكنولوجيا حديثة تهدف إلى تحقيق الجوانب الوظيفية والاقتصادية والجمالية، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الاتجاهات الحديثة في التصميم للوصول إلى تصميم نموذج لمعرض مؤقت يراعي الفكر الديناميكي في التصميم والتنفيذ. وهذا ما سيسعى البحث للوصول إليه وتوضيحه.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى اقتراح مجموعة من الحلول والمعالجات التصميمية لاستحداث مساحات وظيفية ضمن الفراغ الداخلي للمسكن، تلبي احتياجات المستخدمين بأسلوب مبتكر، يحافظ على تحقيق الخصوصية والاقتصاد في المساحة المتوفرة التي يحتاجها مستخدمو المكان للراحة، أو العمل. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للمشكلة المراد دراستها؛ والمتمثلة في كيفية استحداث مساحات وظيفية، أو إعادة استخدامها في المسكن بأساليب المعالجات التصميمية كحلول يمكن تطبيقها في مختلف البيئات السكنية. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج؛ أهمها: أن الحلول التصميمية المقترحة لحل مشكلات الفراغ الداخلي يمكن أن تساهم في استحداث مساحات وظيفية تلبي الاحتياجات الإنسانية المتغيرة والمتجددة؛ أما أهم التوصيات فتمثلت في التأكيد على أهمية إجراء المتخصصين الدراسات والأبحاث عن الحلول والمعالجات التي يمكن تطبيقها؛ لمواجهة مشكلات التصميم في حدود الإمكانيات المتاحة للمستخدمين، ولتحقيق الانتفاع الكامل من بيئتهم السكنية.

The research problem is to solve housing issues through the design of studio apartments, as they are suitable for youth, students, artists, designers, workers, bachelors, or people who live alone due to their low spending and maintenance costs. In addition, the studio environment is a conceptual, dynamic space that is exciting to the nature of artists who prefer studios as a living, creative, and working environment. The importance of the research is that studios are creative spaces suitable for all creative professions, such as artists, interior designers, actors, writers, dancers, musicians, photographers, poets, athletes, and many other fields of art and literature. These spaces need to be designed by many artistic personalities in interior design, which suits the nature of many artists' works. They are difficult and enjoyable spaces for designers to express their creativity. Therefore, the research aims to study the types of small-sized houses, including studio spaces, in addition to creating and designing an innovative space that suits the artists' thinking as well as providing a space that enhances creativity and productivity for artists. Finally, the research conducted an analytic study of the studio's environment, including the emergence of their concepts, sizes, types, layouts, styles, the difference between them, and the types of small residential apartments, such as loft apartments and one-bedroom apartments. Besides, it studied bachelor's pad concepts, the characteristics of the artist studio, artist studio concepts, features, types of artist studios, interior design ideas for the art studio, design elements in a studio apartment, and the advantages and disadvantages of the studio. The study demonstrated creative interior design, which contributed to creating a studio environment suitable for the nature of the artists' work in their various fields, considering the small space available for good utilization and study. Furthermore, artists' studio spaces can be wonderful for providing a creative and ideal work environment to increase their productivity and motivation.

Purpose: This paper aims to investigate 1) the advantages and disadvantages of coworking spaces for coworkers, 2) interior design factors that attract entrepreneurs to work/rent coworking spaces. Research questions: To reach the purpose of the study, three questions were developed. 1) What are the various advantages and disadvantages offered by the co-working space to working individuals? 2) What interior design factors influence the individual's perception on co-working space selection? 3) What social factors influence the individual's perception of co-working space selection? Methods: A quantitative research approach was used in this study by employing an online survey questionnaire. A purposive sampling technique was employed in this study. The population of this study is all individuals, freelancers, employers, business owners who are utilizing co-working spaces in Kuwait. Results: the findings of this study indicated an important role of interior design facilities toward coworking spaces. The physical environment of the coworking space is an important factor for renting coworking spaces. Besides that, the social aspect is considered highly important between members. Research limitations/implications: Due to the conceptual approach and specific case of Kuwait, the discussions lack generalizability. The paper provides valuable insight into the factors that can help practitioners, interior design educational programs, and coworking business owners for improving Kuwait's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
