اتجاهات الفتوى في ماليزيا وأثرها في مجال المعاملات الاقتصادي
هدف البحث إلى تحليل فتاوى المعاملات الاقتصادية التي تصدر من مؤسسات الإفتاء في ماليزيا، وكيف أنها جزء مهم من نمو وتطور المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، سواء كانت مصرفية أو غير مصرفية، حيث تعمل الفتاوى كمراجع تشغيلية من شأنها تحقيق الإنسان درجات متزايدة من السيطرة على الموارد المتاحة في الكون، واعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي النقدي أساسيا بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بالمنهج الأصولي، من خلال الفتاوى الصادرة سواء كانت على مستوى الولاية أو على المستوى الوطني، وبيان مدى علاقة المفتي بصناعة التمويل الإسلامي، فقد تطورت المعاملات المالية بشكل كبير خلال أوائل القرن العشرين، إلى أدوات المشتقات المالية الأكثر تقدم التي تم تطويرها لاحقا في العقود اللاحقة، مثل بطاقات الائتمان، وخيارات الأوراق المالية، والعقود الآجلة، والعملات المشفرة... إلخ، وجلب هذا التطور في الأسواق المالية حقبة جديدة من الاجتهادات التي تسعى إلى إيجاد التكيف الفقهي، وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها ميل مؤسسات الفتوى الماليزية إلى تحقيق الفائدة الاقتصادية أكثر من الأخذ بالقول الراجح في مدى شرعية تلك الأداة، كما لا بد من معالجة المعاملات غير المتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة وإلا سوف تفقد البنوك الإسلامية شرعيتها كما اقترح هذا البحث نموذجا لمعالجة قضية عدم إلزامية زكاة الدخل.

The evolution of societies over time has led to the circulation of money in its various forms as a means of exchange, and may vary according to the geographical area in which the exchange takes place and has evolved from the use of precious metals such as gold, silver and other metals to the use of coins and securities licensed by the State, It was not just the State's role to oversee the use of cash and cash mines. Its tasks are to give confidence and accept funds as an intermediary for exchange between individuals for the success of the currency and the acceptance of individuals, and to create mutual dominance among States. In our current era the usual cash trades have been reduced to be replaced by electronic transactions and payments or so-called cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrencies, which despite the uncertainty they were initially due to the reality of their virtual/electronic nature was accepted and demand for their prices increased to record levels that were impossible to imagine, It has even made its way to international financial transactions, which have clearly been the focus of everyone's curiosity and interest.

Investigating the Causality between the Performance of Both EGX and Cryptocurrencies
This study investigates the relation between the performance of the Egyptian stock market (measured by EGX 30) and cryptocurrencies (both of bitcoin and Ethereum). The study utilized a daily dataset of financial information obtained from investing.com during the period from 2018 to 2023 and applied the causality Granger analysis on both prices and returns of the variables. The empirical study revealed an instance of causation moving from the performance of each of Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) to the performance of EGX 30. This causation may be due to the rapid high level of return (and risk) of cryptocurrencies, which affects the money invested in and the liquidity of the Egyptian stock market.
