تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات الاستدامة في المنظمات غير الربحية في محافظتي دمشق وريفها، لاسيما أنها شهدت بعد عام 2011 تنام سريع في أعداد المنظمات غير الربحية وأنواعها، فضلاً عن زيادة مواردها. حيث تم العمل على دراسة متطلبات الاستدامة والمتمثلة في مجلس الإدارة، الاستدامة المالية، الشراكة، الخطة الاستراتيجية، الكفاءة التنظيمية، الحوكمة. لذلك تم إجراء هذه الدراسة لمعرفة متطلبات تحقيق الاستدامة في المنظمات غير الربحية العاملة في محافظتي دمشق وريفها. وقد تألف مجتمع الدراسة من عينة عشوائية من العاملين في عدد من المنظمات غير الربحية، وهي: منظمة الهلال الأحمر السوري، والأمانة السورية للتنمية، والبالغ عددهم (39) مبحوثاً، تم تحديدهم مسبقاً تبعاً لمستوى عملهم الإداري، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات عن متغيرات الدارسة، وتم توزيعها في الربع الثالث من عام (2023)، وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها توافر متطلبات الاستدامة في منظمتي الهلال الأحمر السوري، والأمانة السورية للتنمية في محافظتي دمشق وريفها وفق التسلسل التالي: الكفاءة التنظيمية، الاستدامة المالي، الحوكمة، الخطة الاستراتيجية، مجلس الإدارة، الشراكة، كما تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات لدراسات لاحقة وذلك بالاستفادة من نموذج ونتائج الدراسة.

هدف هذا البحث إلى قياس درجة ممارسات المنظمات السورية العاملة في تركيا لأبعاد الريادة الإستراتيجية كمدخل تطويري، ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث تم استخدام استمارة (استبانة) الكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع (100) استبانة على عينة البحث المكونة من العاملين في المنظمات السورية العاملة في تركيا، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة (72). وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: أن المتوسط الكلية لدرجة ممارسة المنظمات السورية لأبعاد الريادة الإستراتيجية لدى أفراد العينة (4.10) كما بلغ الإنحراف المعياري (0.46) أي بدرجة جيدة . كما حاز بعد\" العقلية الريادية \"على المرتبة الأولى حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له (4.1701) بانحراف معياري بلغ (0.58) أي بدرجة جيد.

This study investigates the global dynamics of the informal economy and the need for the coexistence of both the informal and formal economy. Developing and developed countries are beset with various forms of social and economic problems such as unemployment, poverty levels, informal jobs, and global issues. Informal Entrepreneurship remains a focal means to reduce unemployment and create jobs in many economies. Using the Institutional theory, the dynamics of informal economy and entrepreneurship were investigated using a qualitative approach and secondary data from the International Labour Organization and Women in Informal Employment: Globalizing and Organizing datasets. The findings depict the need to ensure that both the informal and the formal economy coexist well rather than merging them due to their interwoven nature. This calls for the adoption of a entrepreneurship in different contexts Informal economy and informal entrepreneurship are essential for the reduction of global unemployment and development of innovation in the value chain in their contexts. Globally, informal economy and informal entrepreneurship provide safety nets, a source of livelihood, and pay informal levies that contribute to economic growth and development. The study shows how informal entrepreneurship contributes to the business environment. The contextual evidence from the literature justifies the necessity for informal entrepreneurship and the economy due to the interplay of imperfect market conditions, institutional voids, entrepreneurial behavior, and local business dynamics.

Purpose- Human Resource Management (HRM) in any organization was and still crucial for innovation and entrepreneurship. An empirical study was examined to scrutinize the effect of some (HRM) functions (polices) on innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve goals of business. Design/ Approach- This article primarily includes two parts. In first part, author reviews the concept of: (HRM) functions, innovation and entrepreneurship in the existing literature. In second part, a questionnaire was conducted on the selected participants. The data were analyzed using demographic, correlation, and regression statistics. Findings- The results show that the mentioned functions of (HRM) are significantly related to perceived innovations over time. Rewards, benefits, and recognition have statistically a moderate effect on perceived innovations then entrepreneurship. While performance management has statistically a good effect on perceived innovations then entrepreneurship Originality/ Value- The basic objective is to measure precisely the effect of each function of (HRM) on innovation and entrepreneurship. A research model was developed and tested. Besides, the role of endogenous forces including change acceptance culture and the power of link between perceived innovations were also considered as important elements in designing the relationships. The practical contribution of this article is that the results would help to choose the best mix and investment between (HRM) functions, which would significantly contribute to the success of innovation and entrepreneurship. Specifically, the understandings of whether those current (HRM) functions in this sector are more or equal or less innovative than other functions to identify the appropriate skills, resources, and plans.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور منظمات حقوق الإنسان الفلسطينية في حماية الحقوق المدنية والسياسية، من خلال دراسة الجهود التي تبذلها هذه المنظمات للوصول لأهدافها، حيث اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي لإجراء الدراسة، واستخدمت المقابلة كطريقة للحصول على المعلومات فتم اختيار عينة مكونة من سبعة مؤسسات حقوقية وأجريت أحد عشر مقابلة مع بعض المدراء والعاملين في هذه المؤسسات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن منظمات حقوق الإنسان تسهم في حماية الحق بالحياة بنسبة (56%)، والحق في السلامة الجسدية (53%)، والحق في التعبير عن الرأي (45%)، أما الحق بمحاكمة عادلة (70%). وفي قسم الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية: تساهم في الحد من الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية بنسبة (66%) وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تكاتف الجهود الرسمية والمدنية للارتقاء بحالة حقوق الإنسان، وذلك من خلال حل الإشكاليات التي يعاني منها النظام السياسي الفلسطيني، ومن خلال العمل على توحيد الرؤية الوطنية بهدف مواجهة الاحتلال وإنهائه.

The current study dealt with the topic of tools to provide a distinct digital customer experience for B2C organizations in the age of uncertainty. The study aimed to identify the tools through which to provide a distinct digital customer experience. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to the study sample for the purpose of collecting data to test the study hypotheses. The current study focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample size was 550 individuals. Stepwise analysis was used to test the study's hypotheses. The study concluded that the most important tools for providing a distinct digital customer experience for B2C organizations in the age of uncertainty are the outstanding performance of the online store, the product's value proving, and effective communication with customers. The case study contributes to enriching the knowledge side of the dimensions of the digital customer experience, which have not been adequately addressed by researchers. It will also contribute to informing those responsible for digital marketing in B2C organizations how to enhance the customer's digital experience in a way that they can maintain and increase their loyalty.

The complexities and turbulence of the environment have driven organizations to provide good services on an ongoing basis to ensure their survival and continuity, because change in the organization has become an inevitable necessity that responds to environmental changes and future developments. By analogy, the essence of change lies in the introduction of improvement and development to the organization, meaning the organization's transition from its current situation to a better one, and this is clearly embodied in the re-engineering of administrative processes, which is one of the closest concepts synonymous with change, thanks to the common intersection in radical and comprehensive change. And based on this proposition, we will try to reveal the essence of change in re-engineering through some scientific and applied practices and strategies.
