The Interrelated Qualities between Sculpture and Archisculpture Design
There are many overlapping principles, between archisculpture architecture and sculpture. Architects should understand the vital role of the sculptor's contribution to archisculpture architecture team; Nowadays, the idea of designing buildings with a shape became scattered and well-liked because of their aesthetic effects on cities and viewers. Whatever we face many difficulties and challenges between the two disciplines' academics. We have to insist to create a deepening dialogue between architects, sculptors, and researchers, put into real practice, create integrated and organic interrelationships. Cooperation will help to create an objective environment and conditions for the creation instead of depending on the individualization in creating of archisculpture architecture. This article concerns raise awareness, reconsidering of interrelationships of modern sculpture's role within the architectural system in creating Archisculpture design. To make the common relationships academically more integrated according to the contemporary concept of form. The interrelated Qualities between sculpture and Archisculpture phenomenon were analyzed and compared. The result shows; - They both share forms, space, and aesthetics expression. Archisculpture design approaches where the form is dominant and strongly appreciated primarily for its beauty and emotional power on visitors as a sculpture piece. Engineering constraints can limit the architect from art emotion that motivates to create unique forms that are harmonized with spiritual needs. On the contrary, the sculptor completely unhindered by functional limitations and his/her expression is directed to aesthetical form. Consideration of principles- interrelated relation, between sculpture and architecture is necessary for the convergence of the new borders between the two disciplines' academic extension. Sculptor's presence within the architectural system when creating archisculpture is needed to put into real practice.

Responsibilié des Défauts Cachés dans le Cadre de la Responsabilité Décennale
La responsabilité décennale vise la bonne exécution des travaux par l'entrepreneur. Dans cet objectif, ce dernier doit garantir les défauts des travaux pendant une période de dix ans à compter de la délivrance des travaux, ce qui nécessitera existence d'un contrat d'entreprise. Les obligations de l'entrepreneur ne se limitent pas à la bonne exécution des travaux et la délivrance en date à administration. Elles vont au-delà ce ces simples règles générales pour garantir la sécurité de ces travaux pendant une durée de dix ans. En fait, cette responsabilité ne se limite pas à entrepreneur non plus, mais elle s´applique également à architecte qui supervise la mise en oeuvre. Le but de cette obligation est d'assurer une utilisation sécurisée et durables des infrastructures résultant de l'exécution du contrat. Cette responsabilité s´explique par le fait que l'administration censée recevoir les travaux risque de prendre un certain temps pour vérifier la sécurité et la bonne exécution du contrat. Ce qui peut mettre en danger administration en tant qu'utilisateur final des travaux. Ainsi les citoyens qui vivent dans le secteur de la construction et des propriétaires immobiliers voisins. Le contrat de travaux publics donne lieu à un certain nombre d'obligations qui s'imposent. L'entrepreneur et architecte selon la loi doivent exécuter le contrat conformément aux exigences prévues par le contrat, conformément aux principes de leur profession et dans le but de rendre les travaux conformément aux normes et aux souhaits du maître d'ouvrage. Entrepreneur et architecte sont tenus responsables, conformément à cette disposition, chaque fois le bâtiment ou autres installations fixes soient endommagés par une démolition totale ou partielle ou par un défaut qui menacerait la durabilité ou la sécurité du bâtiment ou des installations dans un délai de dix ans. A partir de la date de réception du bâtiment. L'étude de la responsabilité décennale revêt une grande importance surtout dans les circonstances exceptionnelles telles que des guerres et les catastrophes.

يتضمن الكتاب قصص وتجارب الكاتبة مريم البلوشية في الفترة ما بعد تخرجها من الجامعة بشهادة الباكلوريوس وصولا إلى حصولها على شهادة الماجستير في ضوضاء الطائرات في عام 2009، لتصبح بذلك أول من حصل عليها في وطنها وتبدأ قصتها بعدما تخرجت من كلية الهندسة وإعتقادها بأنها ستجد وظيفة لها بكل سهولة لأن بلادها يحتاج لمثل من درسوا تخصصها (الهندسة الكيميائية)، ولكن الأيام بينت لها عكس ذلك، فعاشت حالة قالت عنها \"بدأت أعيش تلك الحالة الغريبة، وحدة و فراغ ظل يشغلني لمدة سنة، كثيرون هم من يحبطون في هذه الفترة و قد يفقدون الرغبة في عمل الكثير مما تمنوه\".
