Wise Administrative Leadership and its Role in Developing Positive Organizational Behavior among Administrative Employees

Leaders, therefore, bear the responsibility of fostering an effective organizational climate that combines the art and science of guiding human behavior in the workplace. Administrative leadership is not merely a position; it is a duty that necessitates decision-making and efficient resource management. A successful leader must possess essential qualities and skills to manage individuals effectively. Wise leadership is crucial for maximizing the potential of human resources, as it directly influences key organizational functions such as planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing, driving institutional growth and resilience. Furthermore, wise leadership enhances institutional sustainability by fostering employee commitment and loyalty. By creating a collaborative and supportive environment, leadership becomes a cornerstone for achieving organizational goals, adapting to current challenges, and ensuring institutional stability and excellence.
The resiliency of humanitarian aidworkers in disasters : a qualitative study in the Iranian context
Objectives: the purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the resiliency of humanitarian aidworkers in disasters in Iran. Methods: the present qualitative study has been conducted using a content analysis method. a purposeful sampling method was applied until reaching data saturation. a total of 18 humanitarian aidworkers participated in this study. data were collected using face-to-face semi-structured interviews. Results: six main categories which influence resiliency of humanitarian aid workers in disasters were extracted from the data: challenges of disasters’ scene, self-adequacy, self-care, burnout, organizational support, and supportive network. Conclusions: the officials and executive directors of humanitarian service organizations should be aware of the factors affecting resiliency and try to enhance the resiliency of their workers in order to encourage them for keeping on their voluntary efforts.

Empowering Administrators
Administrators may need a basic understanding of English to communicate effectively with all the staff members, parents, and a few students identified as foreigners. Additionally, according to their job descriptions, administrators' required English proficiency depends on their specific roles and responsibilities. This study explores the perceptions of administrative staff in a private school on the impact of learning English for Specific Purposes on their assigned tasks and responsibilities. A qualitative exploratory design was used, where 22 administrative staff in a private school in Cairo, Egypt, shared via unstructured interviews their perceptions of the impact of learning English for Specific Purposes (ESP) on their administrative performance. Thematic analysis of the unstructured interviews showed that the responses of the private school administrative staff could be coded into challenges and proposed solutions to overcome these challenges. Participants, including private school employees, shared real-world challenges they encountered based on their professional experiences. Additionally, they proposed pragmatic solutions to address these dilemmas. Notably, this research diverges from existing studies, which predominantly focus on teaching methodologies, student attitudes, and perceptions of learning and teaching strategies. The findings underscore the need for administrators to actively promote, inspire, and facilitate employees' utilization of English for specific purposes, thereby ensuring future benefits and supporting enhanced performance. Furthermore, institutional policies and leadership principles must evolve to align with the evolving needs of both staff and educational organizations.
