تسعى هذه المختارات الشعرية إلى إبراز ما يمثل عيون الشعر من أفكار وقضايا محددة. وهو ما تطلب معرفة بالفكرة، وبحثا عنها، واختيار أجملها وأقدرها على تجسيد تلك الأفكار والقضايا. وتسعى المختارات، كذلك، إلى تلمس تطور الشعرية العربية، في مقارباتها المتعددة معرفيا وجماليا، عبر المراحل المختلفة من تاريخ الشعر العربي. وبهذا فإن هذه المختارات تلتقي مع مثيلاتها في الإعلاء من البعد الجمالي والفرادة في الفكرة، وفي الوقت نفسه، تقدم، ضمنيا، بعدا معرفيا، عن قضية عميقة في تطور الشعر العربي. وهذا الاجتماع المعرفي والجمالي يؤدي بالضرورة إلى الارتقاء بالذائقة الشعرية. ولي وطن آليت أن لا أبيعه وأن لا أرى غيري له الدهر مالكا.

Corruption represents a form of moral decay and a manifestation of the decline in values and the absence of conscience, which is a modern and ancient phenomenon at the same time, and it is diverse in its methods and old in its inception, as this phenomenon has worsened, in most societies, and corruption is a major cause of the deterioration of public morals and the collapse of the national economy, as it and its various manifestations impede social, economic and cultural activity, and also leads to the failure of development plans and is a major factor in the waste of natural and human resources, which required the attention of researchers and specialists To address this phenomenon, confront it and reduce its mechanisms, in light of this issue, this article is a presentation of the determinants of corruption and its effects on the individual and society.

The Effect of Financial Technology on the Promotion of Financial Inclusion in Arab Nations
Financial technology (FinTech) plays a crucial role in banking by offering a range of banking and financial services. This study aims to show how FinTech promotes financial inclusion. The development of an emergency finance mechanism has just occurred. A combination of descriptive and analytical methods was used in this paper. To understand the challenges, opportunities, and ways of overcoming them, the Arab world's experiences have been shared. As stated by the researcher and supported by their suggestions, the goal of financial inclusion is to bring the financially excluded into the formal financial system. The survey found that the general population does not have a strong financial culture, which is one of the obstacles FinTech must overcome. The Arab world, however, saw substantial progress in FinTech; therefore, this was not a barrier. There are a lot of problems with the legality, regulations, and financing of FinTech in Arab nations. The use of the mobile subscriber's index by FinTech effectively contributes to the achievement of financial inclusion, as measured by FinTech and financial inclusion indicators. Most Arab countries still have low scores on the financial inclusion index since they aren't interested in developing FinTech, which slows down the index's progress.

Perceptions of Physical Education Teachers in Four GCC Countries towards Distance Learning during Covid-19 Pandemic
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of physical education (PE) teachers in four countries from the Gulf Cooperation Council [GCC] (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates) towards distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic as well as to examine how it's affected by the variables of the study sample. Method: A mixed research design was conducted using quantitative and qualitative data. Study data were collected using an electronic questionnaire with close-ended questions, semi-structured interview using Microsoft Teams platform. The participants (n=360) were physical education teachers in four GCC countries, and they were chosen randomly. Results: The study showed that PE teachers in the four GCC countries had positive perceptions towards distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic. There was a significant difference in the perceptions of PE teachers towards distance learning due to country. There was no significant difference in the perceptions of PE teachers towards distance learning due to school level. There was a significant difference in the perceptions of PE teachers towards distance learning due to teaching experience. Distance learning in PE setting has advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that the perceptions of physical education teachers in the four GCC Countries towards distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic were mostly positive.

تشريعات حماية الوثائق في الوطن العربي
تسعى الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل بعض التشريعات في البلدان العربية تلك التي تتعلق بحماية الوثائق، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المسحي. وتتناول الدراسة الأرشيف التاريخي في الوطن العربي ودوره في البحث العلمي، وأبرز البلاد العربية التي تذخر بالوثائق التاريخية والمخطوطات، وأهم المخاطر التي يتعرض لها التراث التاريخي العربي من الوثائق والمخطوطات، وكيفية حماية الأرشيفات العربية من الخطر المتعمد، وتهتم الدراسة بعرض التشريعات الأرشيفية العربية على النطاقين الوطني والإقليمي، وتقديم التشريعات المقترحة للحفاظ على التراث الوثائقي ودور التشريع في رقمنه الوثائق التاريخية.
