An Analytical Study of some Artistic Performances and Legal Aspects Judo Players at the Paris 2024 Olympics
The Olympic Games in judo are considered the true indicator for determining the level and international classification of all players in the world. They are also the main reference in identifying the most important techniques and innovative technical performances, the results of which can be analyzed by analyzing the results in building and designing training programs according to scientific and objective foundations to reach the highest levels of achievement in judo, Therefore the research aims to conduct an analytical study of some of the technical performances, winning points, and legal aspects of judo players in the 2024 Paris Olympics for the weight categories (light - medium - heavy). The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research community included matches in the 2024 Paris Olympics for judo in the women's weight category (48 kg - 52 kg - 57 kg - 63 kg - 70 kg - 78 kg - +78 kg), The total number of matches reached (213) matches in which (186) players competed. An analysis form prepared by the researcher was used to collect data related to the goal of the research. The most important results concluded that there are various skills, especially according to the nature of the weight categories for women (light - medium - heavy). The most important results also indicated the necessity of building training programs for women in light of the skills extracted from the results of the analysis and according to the nature of each weight category, In addition to the importance of having a specialized individual with experience in analysis programs within the technical staff, especially the Egyptian national team, to analyze world and Olympic championship competitions in order to benefit from the results of the analysis in designing training programs.

نحو تنظيم قانوني لواجب اليقظة في ضوء المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات وتغير المناخ
تناول البحث موضوع النظام القانوني لواجب اليقظة في ضوء المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات، وأوضح ماهية المسئولية المجتمعية من خلال تحديد المقصود بها وتوضيح برامجها في التشريع المصري، مع تسليط الضوء على اعتبارها اختيارية وليست إلزامية، بالإضافة إلى سرد الحوافز التي نص عليها المشرع المصري لحث الشركات على تنفيذ برامجها. وتطرق البحث أيضا إلى مفهوم واجب اليقظة في التوجيه الأوروبي رقم 1760/ 2024 ونطاق تطبيقه من حيث المكان والزمان، بالإضافة إلى الالتزامات المفروضة على الشركة بموجب هذا التوجيه موضحا المسئولية المدنية للشركة عن الإخلال بمبدأ العناية الواجبة وأحقية الطرف المضرور في الحصول على تعويض مناسب. وكذلك سلطنا الضوء على موقف المشرع الفرنسي من واجب اليقظة بعد إصداره القانون رقم ٣٩٩-2017 وقد قمنا بتوضيح مفهوم واجب اليقظة ونطاق تطبيقه، وآلية تنفيذ التزام الشركة به، فضلا عن آلية التعويض والعقوبات. ومن الجدير بالذكر موقف القانون الدولي من واجب اليقظة في المبادئ التوجيهيه (UNGP) من خلال توضيح مفهومه واستخدامه كمعيار سلوك أحيانا وكعملية تجارية في أحيان أخرى، مع إلقاء الضوء على أهمية مشروع المعاهدة الملزمة لتنظيم أنشطة الشركات العابرة للحدود والمؤسسات التجارية الأخرى في إطار القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان. وأخيرا ناقشنا مفهوم العناية الواجبة في اتفاقية باريس لتغير المناخ عن طريق توضيح بعض المفاهيم الهامة مثل مبدأ الحيطة، مبدأ الوقاية، معياري المعقولية وحسن النية، بالإضافة إلى عرض بعض القضايا العملية.

Paris, L'écho D'un Mythe Urbain en Construction
Le récit mythique a subi des transformations au même titre que les lieux qui l'ont vu émerger et évoluer. Le mythe ancien de la Cité antique n'est plus celui de la ville d'aujourd'hui. Il paraît donc nécessaire d'étudier ces changements de la structure du mythe et de sa fonction en corrélation avec les modifications qu'a connues l'espace tout au long de l'Histoire. La ville, en tant que cité nouvelle et bien particulière, a généré depuis son apparition des images dont se sont emparées des écrivains et des artistes. Le lieu ainsi saisi a permis via le processus créatif de donner naissance à des mythes qui lui sont propres qu'on appelle les mythes urbains. En nous basant sur quelques concepts \"durandiens\", nous tenterons de mettre en avant le rôle qu'a la ville dans ce processus créatif du mythe urbain et son impact sur la littérature à travers l'exemple de la ville de Paris dans les textes du XIXe siècle, principalement ceux de Balzac et de Baudelaire. Nous mettrons en avant le caractère cosmopolite de cette ville en tant que \"lieu carrefour\" et espace de profondes transformations qui arrive à façonner par sa dynamique, de manière consciente ou inconsciente, un imaginaire nouveau.
