Human Trafficking Crime' Concept, Elements and Confrontation Methods According to the Algerian and International Laws
The study aimed to shed light on human trafficking crime and analyse the legal aspects of this crime under the new Algerian law 23 - 04 issued on May 7th, 2023 on preventing and fighting human trafficking. The study also aimed to explore the most relevant penal policies and national and international legal mechanisms to reduce human trafficking. The study used the descriptive analytical methodology. A review of literature was administered. The study came to the conclusion that in spite that the Algerian law has paid a great attention to the crime of human trafficking, it ought to give more emphasis on the executive mechanism in order that the legal and administrative measures specified for fighting human trafficking bear fruit. The study made the recommendation that the national and international efforts should stand shoulder in shoulder in confrontation of this crime.

Legislative Measures Protecting Health and Well-Being at the Level of Criminal Law in Algeria
This study tackles the subject of protecting the human right to health and well-being at the level of criminal law. Such concept is an innate and unquestionable right, as well as a prerequisite for all other rights. It is stipulated by various laws both internationally and nationally; for instance, the Algerian legislator relied on a specific criminal law-related policy to protect health through several legal provisions in the Penal Code, and many other complementary laws such as environmental laws and consumer protection laws. Furthermore, considering that the medical profession is a field that warrants the preservation of the safety, life and health of human beings, it has been subject to a fair share legal texts that directly criminalize certain harmful practices. This study aims to examine the right to health in the scope of criminal law regulations; since most criminal laws protect this legal interest as a collection of separate rights, which stands in contradiction to applicable realities. Our study, therefore, seeks to deal with the best possible ways of applying criminal protection laws to uphold the right to health.

يقدم هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية لآليات الحماية الاجتماعية في الجزائر والتي تتخذ العديد من الإشكال بهدف تحسين نوعية الأداء والتغطية، ويشمل البحث مختلف عناصر الحماية الاجتماعية، آلياتها، توازنها المالي وما تضمنته القوانين والقرارات الجزائرية بشأن الحماية الاجتماعية، وبرامج الحماية الاجتماعية في الجزائر متضمنة ما تقدمه وزارة العمل والضمان الاجتماعي، وكذا الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة لمواجهة الاحتياجات المتزايدة التي تفرضها الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الراهنة.
