The holy Imam Ali (peace upon him (puh)) is the first leader of Shiite and the forth caliph of Moslems since 1400 year before, namely emergence of Islam in Arabia. He is one of the nobles of history, but a unique man that his name is at the top of list of nobles of history, and we see the progressive acceptance of human to recognize him by his different personalities and features after nearly 14 centuries of his martyrdom; so that we can say he is an infinite man and is leader of all centuries and eras. He has spoken and written about important topics. Today, all his thoughts play important roles in lives of human. His subjects all are applicable and practical. Despite those who know west and Europe and origin of human rights, Islam prevails in this regard. Nahjolbalaghah reminds human as an honorable creation and has planned the best legal system for him. This paper refers to one of the dimensions of human rights pointed by this great man 1400 years before.
