This qualitative research article assesses the effectiveness of e-recruitment apps by focusing on the features that these platforms offer to the employer to make the recruitment process even more productive. To achieve this objective, the study compares the features of an e-recruitment app and a social media-based recruitment platform. A convenient sample of an e-recruitment app (AppliView) and social-media based recruiting platform (LinkedIn) was used, having selected these technologies after a Google Search. It was revealed that AppliView an LinkedIn, while they are effective e-recruitment methods, differ in that AppliView has more decisive features available for the recruiting firm, including live video chat, automated recruitment process (no manual effort is needed), and rapid alerts. Besides, the recruitment cost reduction potential presented by AppliView is well beyond the case of LinkedIn. This study has some limitations, however, including a small sample size and the use of continent sampling. Future researchers might be more comprehensive by adopting other research methods

تقدم الدراسة الحالية تصورًا مقترحًا حول دور المكتبات العامة باعتبارها مؤسسات خدمية تسهم في توفير فرص عمل حرة للباحثين عن العمل وتدعم أفكارهم وتصقل مهاراتهم وتكون جسرا للتواصل بينهم وبين المستثمرين وخبراء العمل بما يفيدهم ويحقق الازدهار الاقتصادي وبما يمكنها من تزويد إيراداتها لتستمر في تقديم خدمات داعمة ومتطورة للشباب، وقد توصلت الدراسة لوضع أسس التصور المقترح من خلال التعرف على سياسات الإيرادات والشراكة والخدمات المقدمة بالمكتبات العربية والأجنبية عينة الدراسة والمقارنة بينهما ودور هذه السياسات في تطوير دورها لخدمة الشباب؛ وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي المقارن بين المكتبات العربية والأجنبية، وأثبتت النتائج وجود فروقا واضحًا بين مكتبات عينة الدراسة، واهتمام المكتبات الأجنبية بشكل أكبر ومؤثر من خلال الشراكات الهائلة التي تضمن توفير المهارات اللازمة للشباب والباحثين عن فرص عمل ومن خلال موارد المكتبة المختلفة والفعاليات والورش والدورات والمشورة والبرامج المختلفة التي تساعد في تحويل أفكارهم وتصوراتهم إلى مهن وأعمال تجارية ناجحة.

Venture capital is a specialist form of professionally managed finance designed to meet the financing needs of emergent firms, particularly in technology sectors, which are pursuing significant growth opportunities and which offer the prospects of high return. The finance is provided on a medium to long term basis in exchange for an equity stake. Access to venture capital gives firms advantages that translate into innovation, fast growth and job creation, hence they make a disproportionate impact on economic development. However, venture capital investment activity is highly concentrated in just a few regions - on account of the clustering of venture capital investors in a small number of cities and the localization of investing in order to minimize risk.

الهدف من هذا العمل هو الدراسة الكمية لتأثير التجارة الدولية على حركة خلق وتدمير الوظائف في الصناعة التحويلية للجزائر، من خلال تطبيق طريقة مضمون العمالة في التجارة الدولية، بالإضافة لاقتراح نموذج VECM لقياس أثر تحرير التجارة على العمالة المحلية في الصناعات التحويلية على المدى الطويل والقصير. ولإظهار إلى أي مدى تؤثر تدفقات التجارة الخارجية على هيكل العمالة المحلية في الصناعات التحويلية.
