تعتبر دراسة الجدوى الفنية والهندسية أحد الأركان الأساسية في دراسة جدوى المشروعات والتي تقوم استنادا إلى البيانات والمعلومات والنتائج المتوصل إليها في دراسة الجدوى التسويقية وتتصرف إلى تحديد الاحتياجات الفنية للمشروع الجديد اللازمة لإنشائه وتشغيله حيث تتمثل الدراسة الفنية في مجموعة الاختبارات والتقديرات والتصورات المتعلقة ببحث مدى إمكانية إقامة المشروعات الاستثمارية فنيا ذلك انها تنطوي على مجموعة الدراسات التي من خلالها يتم التأكد من سلامة تنفيذ المشروع المقترح من الناحية الفنية من عدمه ولذا فإن الدراسة الفنية لجدوى المشروع تقوم على أساس الدراسة التفصيلية للبدائل التكنولوجية التي تحقق الأهداف بشكل أفضل للتنمية الاقتصادية ولجميع أطراف الظروف المحيطة بالمشروع.

استهدف البحث تقديم نموذج مقترح لمركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية للمشروعات الاستثمارية في المجال الرياضي المصري. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على الدراسات المسحية لملائمته لطبيعة البحث. وتمثلت أداة البحث في بناء استمارة التقييم وميزان التقدير. وطبقت أداة البحث على (87) مفحوص من بين أعضاء كليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وزارة الشباب والرياضية. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى النموذج المقترح لمركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري من خلال ماهية مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري، أهداف مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري، اختصاصات مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري، الخدمات المقدمة لمركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية للمشروعات الاستثمارية الرياضية، متطلبات إنشاء مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري، معوقات إنشاء مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري. وأوصى البحث بضرورة دراسة النموذج المقترح لإنشاء مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية بالمجال الرياضي المصري والعمل على تطبيقه. والعمل على توفير المتطلبات الخاصة بإنشاء مركز دراسات الجدوى والاستشارات العلمية للمشروعات الاستثمارية بالمجال الرياضي المصري. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قبل دار المنظومة 2025

Projects of various sizes and types are the most important factors for the success of economic development plans in general. Agricultural projects and agricultural cooperatives are also considered as the basis for agricultural development in the economies of many countries. One of the most important targets of development is to fight poverty and famine, and achieving that depends on how to deal with agricultural lands with good management and scientific methods. The aim of this research is to identify the economic feasibility of one of the agricultural activities in the province of Dhi Qar. The study included 132 farms specialized in the cultivation of wheat crop in the province of Dhi Qar for the agricultural season 2017-2018. The results of the research showed that the projects in the province have economic and technical efficiency and proved the results of the economic feasibility criteria of investment in such projects. The researchers found that the size of the possession 30-50 dunums has both productive and technical efficiency, while the farmers with holdings of more than 50 dunums has the best economic efficiency in the use of available resources, despite the low productivity if the return on investment about 188% in small farms, while the profitability of about 119% dinars, while the capital productivity amounted to about 2.081 dinars, and therefore the researchers recommended the need to encourage investment in the large plants given their ability to absorb technology, reduce average production costs and intensify other resources.

The efficiency of using the statistical and fractal analyses for distributions of wavelet coefficients for Mueller matrix images of biological crystal networks inherent to human tissues is theoretically grounded in this work. The authors found interrelations between statistical moments and power spectra for distributions of wavelet coefficients as well as orientation-phase changes in networks of biological crystals. Also determined are the criteria for statistical and fractal diagnostics of changes in the birefringent structure of biological crystal network, which corresponds to pathological changes in tissues.

L'objectif de cette étude est d'expliquer la décision de financement de projets d'entreprises à travers un échantillon de 20 bailleurs de fonds situés dans la wilaya de Bejaia. Les résultats ont prouvé la significativité statistique de six variables, parmi treize proposées. Il s'agit de l'expérience, de la relation, des projections financières, du type du financement, du montant du financement et des garanties. Nos recommandations portent sur des considérations à la fois institutionnelles, réglementaires et techniques.

La présente étude est une simulation qui permet d'analyser la viabilité financière d'un projet hypothétique d'énergie éolienne de 100 mégawatts basé à Alger et dont l'objectif est d'exporter de l'électricité en Tunisie. À cet effet, l'Outil d'analyse de projets énergies propres \"RETScreen Expert\" développé avec le soutien du ministère des Ressources naturelles du Canada a été utilisé. L'étude montre qu'un tel projet pourrait générer une production d'électricité annuelle de 262800 mégawatheures et des revenus annuels de 20,235 millions de dollars US pour un prix d'exportation de l'électricité de 0,077 USD/kWh.
