L'importance de la gestion des risques réside dans sa capacité à preserver la sécurité et soutenir la compétitivité des entreprises, en particulier dans des secteurs complexes comme l'industrie pétrochimique. La raffinerie de Skikda en Algérie, l'une des plus grandes d'Afrique, illustre parfaitement ces défis. Malgré les avancées technologiques et les normes de sécurité renforcées, cette installation a été le théâtre de plusieurs incidents, soulignant ainsi l'urgence d'une gestion des risques efficace et adaptable. كشف البحث عن مستقبل اقتصاديات الغاز الطبيعي في مصر. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي. وتناول الوضع العام لقطاع النفط والغاز الطبيعي وتضمن المؤشرات العالمية للغاز الطبيعي مقارنة بالزيت الخام من خلال مؤشرات الإنتاج والاستهلاك والاحتياطي العالمي وتجارة الغاز الطبيعي مقارنة بالزيت الخام، والتغيرات العالمية وتداعياتها على مستقبل الغاز. وأشار إلى مصر والتجربة الماليزية في صناعة الغاز الطبيعي متضمنًا قطاع الطاقة في الاقتصاد المصري، والتجربة الماليزية في صناعة الغاز الطبيعي من خلال مقومات وأدوات ماليزيا نحو قطاع الطاقة وتنمية تطويره، ومستقبل النفط والغاز الطبيعي بماليزيا. وتطرق إلى مستقبل الغاز الطبيعي المصري في ضوء التجربة الماليزية من خلال خطة التنمية المستدامة لمصر (2030). وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن بعض الاتفاقيات الدولية المبرمة في مصر في مجال الغز لا توائم الوضع الاقتصادي الراهن ومن المنتظر إعادة تقييمها، كما يمكن لمصر الاستفادة من التجارب الدولية الناجحة في تجارة الغاز الطبيعي، وتأثير طرق التسعير سلبًا على عرض وطلب الغاز الطبيعي. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تكثيف حماية مصادر الطاقة الخاصة بمصر في منطقة البحر المتوسط وتفعيل اتفاقيتها مع قبرص ولبنان بما يمكنها من حماية حدودها المائية والرقابة على منطقة خليج السويس وباب المندب من أجل حماية خطوط الأنابيب التي تصدر الغاز الطبيعي إلى الدول الأخرى. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022

في ضوء مفهوم التنمية المستدامة
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في ضوء نشاط البتروكيماويات. استخدم البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، لدراسة وتقويم البحوث والدراسات المتعلقة بتقييم أداء الوحدات الاقتصادية والتنمية المستدامة مع الاعتماد على أسلوب الدراسة التطبيقية لبيان مدى إمكانية تطبيق النموذج المقترح لتقييم أداء الوحدات الاقتصادية في نشاط البتروكيماويات في ضوء التنمية المستدامة. واشتمل البحث على خمسة فصول رئيسة. الفصل الأول قدم الإطار العام للدراسة. والفصل الثانى استعرض الإطار المفاهيمي للتنمية المستدامة. والفصل الثالث تحدث عن المحاسبة والتقرير عن الأداء المستدام للوحدات الاقتصادية. والفصل الرابع خصص لمعرفة تقييم الأداء المستدام للوحدات الاقتصادية. وأشار الفصل الخامس إلى الدراسة التطبيقية. وأوضحت نتائج البحث أن هناك علاقة بين التنمية المستدامة (أبعاد، مبادئ، ممارسات) وبين أداء الوحدات الاقتصادية. كما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين النموذج المقترح لتقييم الأداء وبين تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الوحدات الاقتصادية. وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات، جاء مجملها في: ضرورة التأكيد على أهمية التنمية المستدامة في تقييم أداء الوحدات الاقتصادية، وأهمية استخدام أساليب الإدارة الاستراتيجية في النموذج المقترح بهدف إدارة التكاليف البيئية والاجتماعية. وأخيرا ًضرورة حث الجهات المهنية والتشريعية والرقابية على تطوير معايير المحاسبة والمراجعة وقواعد السلوك المهني بشكل يلزم الشركات لتبنى مفهوم التنمية المستدامة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

Investigating the Barriers for Implementing Green Supply Chain Management
The Industrial Revolution marked a significant shift in production and consumption, leading to environmental degradation due to industrial activities. In response, Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has emerged as a critical approach to mitigate environmental impacts while maintaining efficiency. However, implementing GSCM faces numerous barriers, particularly in high-pollution industries like petrochemicals. This study aims to identify and rank the key barriers to GSCM adoption in Egypt's petrochemical industry using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through a literature review, 16 barriers were consolidated into five categories: Economic, External Stakeholders, Information/Awareness, Design/Process, and Management/Behavior. A structured questionnaire was administered to 89 industry professionals, and AHP was applied to determine the relative importance of these barriers. The results revealed that \"lack of new technology, materials, and processes for GSC\" was the most critical barrier, followed by \"high investment and low return-on-investments\" and \"lack of management commitment.\" Economic barriers were deemed the most influential category, highlighting financial constraints as a major hurdle. External Stakeholders and Design/Process categories also ranked highly, while Information/Awareness barriers were considered less critical. Sensitivity analysis confirmed the robustness of these findings. The study underscores the need for financial incentives, technological advancements, and stronger regulatory frameworks to facilitate GSCM adoption. Practical implications include targeted policy interventions, green financing mechanisms, and organizational culture shifts to overcome these barriers. This research contributes to the limited literature on GSCM in Egypt's petrochemical sector and provides actionable insights for policymakers and industry leaders to promote sustainable supply chain practices. Future research could explore sector-specific solutions and longitudinal studies to track progress in GSCM implementation.

The Digitalization' Economic Effects in Warehouses Management
The strategic imperative for any organization is to renovate and respond to the challenges and opportunities it faces, particularly in today's world, which is defined by the rapid advancement of the digital world. Digitalization is a new phenomenon that is causing economic widespread effects in industrial sectors. The organization has recognized the potential of digitalization in warehouses management. In recent years, warehousing has great effect on businesses and has been an important factor in the success or failure of businesses. This research shows how digitization affects warehouse management does exist and offers a perspective on the economic impacts of digitalization, so the aim of the research is to determine the economic impact of digitalization on warehouse management performance by using the I.V.L Dhunseri Polyester Company S AE, to represent the sample as a Petrochem Industries company, This research is constructed based on a qualitative study research approach and used statistic tests to examine the differences before and after digitalization was implemented in warehouse management. The findings of the study showed that substantial variations were observed in average changes in the operational performance of the receiving, storing, and dispatching phases before and after the deployment of digital solutions in warehouse management because of their economic benefits in enhancing the effectiveness of warehouse management and operations, so, the research recommended that the importance of applying digitalization in warehouses management in petrochemical indust.
