تعالج هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الاستراتيجيات الإسرائيلية للسيطرة على الفلسطينيين وبين تعزيز انعدام الأمن الغذائي في قطاع غزة. ولهذه الغاية، بادر المؤلفان إلى توثيق الوضع الراهن للغذاء لتحديد عوامل الأمن الغذائي التي يتم تكامليا نظريا والإنتاج الغذائي في غزة، وبالتالي وضعا إطارا من بيانات أولية التغاضي عنها عادة في التعريف التقليدي به. وبالاستناد إلى هذا الإطار، وانطلاقا وثانوية، قاما بتحليل أنماط الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأرض والثقافة الفلسطينيتين. وقد أكدت من آثار الاحتلال، بل جانبيا المعطيات والنتائج التي توصلا إليها أن انعدام الأمن الغذائي ليس أثرا هو هدف استراتيجي تسعى لتحقيقه الحكومات الإسرائيلية.

A Childhood at Risk
Objective: The ongoing Israeli attack on Gaza exposed the Palestinian children to tremendous experiences of fear, pain, hunger, thirst, and deprivation of family and housing. the current paper embarks on exploring the different dimensions of the child's rights as perceived by the Palestinian children who live in Gaza during the Israeli attack on their land after the seventh of October, 2023. Methodology: The paper tries to shift the spotlight onto the voices and experiences of children, reclaiming their rights within the narrative of war. Thus, video content analysis was used to examine 30 selected videos featuring 63 children, primarily from social media. Results: The findings reveal that most children's rights were violated during the Israeli attack on Gaza. Children were aware of their rights, recognized violations, and appealed to the world for support. Children expressed their rights to play, be safe, live with their families, eat, drink, and return home after displacement. Recommendation: The researchers recommend an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the protection of children's rights, emphasizing the need to safeguard them as the highest priority during any crisis.

Preparedness and Response of the Palestinian Ministry of Health for COVID-19 Pandemic Based on World Health Organization 8 Pillars from Health Policy-Makers' Perspective in Gaza Strip
Although the crises become a part of living in Palestine and the Gaza Strip, the Coronavirus disease-2019 pandemic was a special and unfamiliar crisis faced by global healthcare systems generally and the Palestinian healthcare system in particular, especially in light of the extreme shortage of resources and this long period of the continued siege. Aims of the study: The main aim of this study was to assess the preparedness and response of Palestinian MOH for the Coronavirus disease-2019 pandemic based on the World Health Organization's eight pillars from the health policy-makers' perspective in the Gaza Strip. Methods: A descriptive, exploratory qualitative design was used, the sample size was 25 using a purposeful sampling technique, face-toface semi-structured interviews were employed to collect data, and the directed qualitative content analysis approach was adopted for the analysis of the interview data. Results: The study's results according to the participant's perspectives revealed that there was good multi-partner coordination, planning, and monitoring between all governmental ministries, the Ministry of Health, and all health services providers in managing the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. The quarantine and the processes of controlling crossings and entry points effectively delayed the uncontrolled spreading of the pandemic and prevented the worst scenario of the pandemic crisis. Unique efforts were made by the Ministry of Health to surge the capacity of hospitals and to continue the other routine and emergency health services of the community during COVID-19.

القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي : دراسة ميدانية على العاملين في المنظمات الدولية العاملة بقطاع غزة
يتناول كتاب (القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي : دراسة ميدانية على العاملين في المنظمات الدولية العاملة بقطاع غزة) والذي قام بتأليفه د. ياسر عبد طه الشرفا، إلهام إسماعيل حسونة في حوالي (33) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي) الكتاب يحتوي دراسة توضح العلاقة بيـن القيادة التحويلية، والأداء التنظيمي لدى العامليـن في المنظمات الدولية بقطاع غزة، ومستوى تطبيق كل منهما لدى العامليـن، والخـروج بتوصيات تعمل على زيادة الاهتمام بهذا الجانب. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العامليـن في المنظمات الدولية التـي تعمل في قطاع غزة، والتـي يبلغ إجمالي عددها (82) مؤسسة، وقام الباحثان باختيار عينة مكونة من (10) منظمات تم تحديدها بناء على عدد العامليـن فيها، حيث حاول الباحثان اختيارا المنظمات بحيث لا يقل عدد العامليـن فيها عن (20) موظف، لإعطاء الدراسة قدرة أكبـر على التعميم، ولتمثل النتائج أكبـر فئة من تلك المؤسسات، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على (209) مبحوث، وتم تعبئة واسترداد (203) استبانة، أي أن نسبة الاسترداد بلغت 97 %.

في هذا الكتاب شرح واف عن معايشة الأحداث التي أدت إلى الإنقسام البغيض، ومستقبل غزة الاقتصادي، ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول لمشاكل الكهرباء والغاز الفلسطيني، وتطوير وبناء وتشغيل محطة كهرباء غزة كذلك يلقي الضوء على تاريخ غزة منذ انتهاء فترة الانتداب البريطاني مرورا بحكم الإدارة المصرية والاحتلال الإسرائيلي وعودة السلطة الوطنية إلى قيام حركة حماس بالسيطرة على قطاع غزة كما يحتوي الكتاب تجربة المؤلف في مجال الثقافة حيث قام بتأسيس دار الهاني للكتب وهي أول دار نشر فلسطينية في بريطانيا تعنى بالقضايا الوطنية الفلسطينية، والتي جمعته بالعديد من المفكرين والأكاديميين الفلسطينيين والعرب.
