The research aims to identify the impact of the governance approach in the development of university education institutions. The development of the educational process is of great importance because the today's world is undergoing a tremendous scientific and technological development that has greatly influenced the university education process. To achieve this goal, data were collected through secondary and primary sources. A total of 1,400 forms were distributed to the students, of whom 1260 forms were found to be valid for statistical analysis. The descriptive statistical methods were used to describe the variables of the research, and correlation coefficients were used in the hypothesis test.
