稻草还田下非稻季持续淹水对稻季CH4和CO2排放的影响

稻草还田和非稻季持续淹水是我国最重要的稻田管理方式之一,此种管理方式下稻田碳排放并不清楚。本研究以江汉平原中稻一冬闲制度为对象,探讨稻草还田耦合非稻季持续淹水对稻季碳排放的影响,为准确评估稻田温室气体排放提供数据支撑和理论支持。结果表明,在稻草秸秆全量覆盖还田下,非稻季自然排水比持续淹水显著降低稻季CH。累积排放量,稻季第一次排水晒刚之前CH4排放占总排放量的80%以上;非稻季持续淹水使稻季CO2累积排放量比自然排水稍有降低,CO2排放主要集中在第一次排水晒田之后,占总排放量的60%左右。非稻季淹水降低稻季土壤NO3-N、NH4^-N和DOC浓度以及10cm土层土壤Eh值,但使乙酸浓度升高,这可能是稻草还田耦合非稻季淹水导致CH。排放量增加的主要原因。

心搏骤停患者心肺复苏过程中呼气末二氧化碳分压的比较
心搏骤停(cardiac arrest)可导致心脏收缩和泵血能力减弱甚至停止,进而引发人体循环系统阻滞,使机体缺血缺氧从而造成生命危险。对于心搏骤停患者若不能及时采取救治措施,4~6min后即会对大脑和重要器官产生不可逆的伤害,因此心肺复苏是否成功对患者的生命和预后具有重要影响。本研究对68例心搏骤停患经心肺复苏后呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)的变化进行探讨分析,旨在为临床救治提供参考。

硝态氮源及碳源有效性对土壤N_2O和CO_2排放的影响

以华北平原农田土壤为对象,通过室内静态培养系统研究NO_3~--N与不同碳源组合对土壤N_2O和CO_2排放的影响。结果表明,NO_3~--N作为氮源和不同碳源施入土壤,除NO_3~-+纤维素,其余土壤N_2O排放通量均高于对照组和只添加氮源土壤;NO_3~--N和不同碳源组合的CO_2累积排放量均高于对照和只添加氮源土壤。NO_3~-+果胶的N_2O排放量在第1 d达到最大值1 383.42μg N·kg~(-1)·d~(-1);NO_3~-+葡萄糖的CO_2排放量在第1 d达到最大值370.13 mg C·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),CO_2累积排放量顺序为:葡萄糖〉果胶〉秸秆〉纤维素〉淀粉〉木质素。土壤NO_3~--N含量与N_2O排放呈极显著正相关。总之,添加纤维素可以抑制N_2O的排放,促进CO_2排放,并增加土壤中NO_3~--N含量,添加其余碳源均会促进土壤N_2O和CO_2排放。

Effect of Volcanic Activities and CO_2 Concentration on Summer Temperature in Middle Stratosphere,North Hemisphere
Successive filtration and comparison show that the stratosphere air temperature in 10 hPa-layer of the Northern Hemisphere (NH) in July continuously increases,which is associated to the increases in greenhouse gases mostly CO2,volcanic activities,and solar activity,demonstrating the follows.(a) The increase in CO2 concentration is largely consistent with that of the stratosphere air temperature in 10 hPa-layer of the NH in July.However,the increase in the air temperature is not in a linear pattern,during which several cooling events interrupt.The cooling events between late 1960s and late 1970s are remarkable ones and so is the one before mid 1990s.Analysis shows that these events are induced by volcanic activities and solar activity.(b) The CO2-free variation in the stratosphere air temperature in 10 hPa-layer of the NH is consistent with that of the solar magnetic index.The wave crests and wave troughs of the two curves are consistent in phase,and the curve of solar magnetic index leads the other slightly.I

西藏林芝云杉针叶净光合速率对环境因子的响应

使用便携式光合系统仪Li—6200测定了西藏林芝云杉净光合速率的日变化及其对环境因子如量子辐射、相对湿度和CO2浓度的响应。研究结果表明:林芝云杉的净光合速率在11:00点左右达到最大值,然后逐渐下降,到19:00点左右净光合速率降到0以下,转入暗呼吸。林芝云杉树冠上层的针叶由于受光充分,净光合速率较下层针叶大;阴生叶与阳生叶的净光合速率,上层差别不大,下层以阴生叶为大。在气温20℃左右、相对湿度70%±l5%、CO2浓度为305mg·kg^-1条件下,林芝云杉的光补偿点约为107.5μmol·m^-2·s^-1,光饱和点约为770μmol·m^-2·s^-1;在光强800μmol·m^-2·s^-1、气温20℃左右、相对湿度70%±5%条件下,林芝云杉的CO2补偿点约为157.2mg·kg^-1,CO2饱和点约为3811.33mg·kg^-1。

二氧化碳人工气腹在安氟醚吸入麻醉中对心率变异性及脑电指标的影响

目的 探讨CO2人工气腹在安氟醚吸人麻醉中对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者心率变异性(hesrt rate variability,HRV)及脑电(electroencephalogram,EEG)指标的不同影响。方法 利用心率变异功率谱分析技术(HRV-PSA)和脑电功率谱分析技术(EEG-PSA)对28例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者在麻醉前、麻醉诱导插管后及CO2人工气腹后HRV指标LF、HF、LF/HF、TP及EEG参数BIS、95%SEF的变化进行了观察。结果 麻醉诱导插管后LF、HF、TP、BIS及95%SEF均显著降低,LF/HF未见明显改变;CO2人工气腹后LF、LF/HF、TP显著升高,HF、BIS及95%SEF未见明显改变。结论 CO2人工气腹使交感神经活性显著升高而对大脑皮层意识活动影响不大。

The datasets of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Flexible Global Ocean-Atmosphere-Land System (FGOALS-f3-L) model for the baseline experiment of the fully coupled runs in the Diagnostic, Evaluation and Characterization of Klima (DECK) common experiments of phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP6) are described in this study. The CAS FGOALS-f3-L model team submitted the piControl run with a near equilibrium ocean state for 561 model years, and 160-year integrations for three ensemble members of abrupt-4× CO2 and 1pctCO2, respectively. The ensemble members restart from the 600, 650 and 700 model years in the piControl run, respectively. The baseline performances of the model are validated in this article. The preliminary evaluation suggests that the CAS FGOALS-f3-L model can preserve the long-term stability well for a mean net radiation flux of 0.31 W m
−2
at the top of the atmosphere, and a limited decreasing trend of −0.03 W m
−2
/100 yr. The global annual mean SST is 16.45°C for the 561-year mean, with an increase of 0.03°C/100 yr. The model captures the basic spatial patterns of climate-mean SST and precipitation, but still underestimates the SST over the warm pool. The coupled model mitigates the precipitation bias in the ITCZ compared with the results from CMIP5. Moreover, the model's climate sensitivity represented by the equilibrium climate sensitivity has been reduced from 4.5°C in CMIP5 to 3.0°C in CMIP6. All these datasets contribute to the benchmark of model behaviors for the desired continuity of CMIP.

Photocatalytic CO2 reduction on metal-oxide-based catalysts is promising for solving the energy and environmental crises faced by mankind. The oxygen vacancy (Vo) on metal oxides is expected to be a key factor affecting the efficiency of photocatalytic CO2 reduction on metal-oxide-based catalysts. Yet, to date, the question of how an Vo influences photocatalytic CO2 reduction is still unanswered. Herein, we report that, on Vo-rich gallium oxide coated with Pt nanoparticles (Vo-rich Pt/Ga203), CO2 is photocatalytically reduced to CO, with a highly enhanced CO evolution rate (21.0umol.h-1) compared to those on Vo-poor Pt/Ga2O3 (3.9 gmol-h-1) and Pt/TiO2(P25) (6.7 gmol.h-1). We demonstrate that the Vo leads to improved CO2 adsorption and separation of the photoinduced charges on Pt/Ga203, thus enhancing the photocatalytic activity of Pt/Ga203. Rational fabrication of an Vo is thereby an attractive strategy for developing efficient catalysts for photocatalytic CO2 reduction.
