HIGH-ORDER LOCAL ABSORBING BOUNDARY CONDITIONS FOR HEAT EQUATION IN UNBOUNDED DOMAINS
With the development of numerical methods the numerical computations require higher and higher accuracy. This paper is devoted to the high-order local absorbing boundary conditions (ABCs) for heat equation. We proved that the coupled system yields a stable problem between the obtained high-order local ABCs and the partial differential equation in the computational domain. This method has been used widely in wave propagation models only recently. We extend the spirit of the methodology to parabolic ones, which will become a basis to design the local ABCs for a class of nonlinear PDEs. Some numerical tests show that the new treatment is very efficient and tractable.
A generative model of identifying informative proteins from dynamic PPI networks
Informative proteins are the proteins that play critical functional roles inside cells. They are the fundamental knowledge of translating bioinformatics into clinical practices. Many methods of identifying informative biomarkers have been developed which are heuristic and arbitrary, without considering the dynamics characteristics of biological processes. In this paper, we present a generative model of identifying the informative proteins by systematically analyzing the topological variety of dynamic protein-protein interaction networks (PPINs). In this model, the common representation of multiple PPINs is learned using a deep feature generation model, based on which the original PPINs are rebuilt and the reconstruction errors are analyzed to locate the informative proteins. Experiments were implemented on data of yeast cell cycles and different prostate cancer stages. We analyze the effectiveness of reconstruction by comparing different methods, and the ranking results of informative proteins were also compared with the results from the baseline methods. Our method is able to reveal the critical members in the dynamic progresses which can be further studied to testify the possibilities for biomarker research.

Manuel Rodriguez-Vereau, 59, a Peruvian with one-quarter Chinese ancestry, arrives at the Guang'anmen Hospital in Beijing on an early spring morning to study acupuncture therapy. 知識治理研究理論之反思:活動基礎觀點
源自交易成本經濟學之組織治理論學者,嘗試將組織知識議題納入理論中,而發展出知識治理觀點。但其二大基本前提─理性資訊處理認知觀暨方法論個體主義-均面臨哲學與實務之爭議,進而衍生出解釋矛盾及邏輯兩難。同時亦導致跨層次闡釋、整合交易成本經濟學與知識基礎觀點之嘗試未竟全功。本文擬提出以活動為基礎架構之論述,紮深哲學基礎以確立活動在本體論暨認識論之地位,檢視以資訊處理認知模式為主之知識治理觀點,重新探討以活動為基礎之知識治理機制,最後提出豐實組織研究理論暨實務意涵之立論。
知識基礎理論應用於專業服務廠商提升組織能耐之研究-以資訊服務業為例
組織能耐為企業維持長期競爭優勢的關鍵因素。一個組織要持續提升其組織能耐,必須要在其知識基礎上不斷地累積其競爭能量,至於其具體方法為何?即是本研究欲探討之問題。本研究將知識基礎理論應用於「組織能耐」的診斷,以個案研究法對一家台灣的資訊服務業廠商進行研究,並利用深度訪談法對個案公司的利害關係人進行訪談,發展解決方案以解決經營上遇到的問題。研究結果發現,資訊服務業提升組織能耐的關鍵在於透過專案團隊的建立來發展「適用於特定領域中通用的整體解決方案」與「提供顧客全方位的資訊系統整合專業服務」,以利於與其他同業的解決方案形成差異化。並經由在發展解決方案的過程中進行「組織內知識管理與分享制度的建立」、「服務流程SOP設計」以及「提供硬體銷售」等策略的實施,以降低人員的流動率,在知識基礎上維持其競爭優勢。
教育工作者之復原力研究:文獻計量學引文分析
The fi eld of resilience research has developed over the last 40 years, and many studies have been conducted. It has been one of the hottest fi elds of education. In the past 10 years, the number of educators’ resilience studies has increased considerably, and topics have been received attention. Citation meta-analysis allows researchers to access studies related to the resilience fi eld from the past years, and helps researchers’ control over future research directions and the overall knowledge contribution of educators’ resilience fi eld. This study examines how scholarly research on educators’ resilience has evolved over the last decades by conducting a bibliometric citation meta-analysis. In this paper, 352 articles were obtained from Web of Science database, and used Citespace to analyze the intellectual base, hotspot, and frontier of educators’ resilience. The first part of this study is frontier analysis. The study explores eleven clusters and visualizes how articles on resilience researches build on e
