We use observations recorded by 23 permanent and 99 temporary stations in the SE Tibetan plateau to obtain the S-wave velocity structure along two profiles by applying joint inversion with receiver functions and surface waves. The two profiles cross West Yunnan block (WYB), the Central Yunnan sub-block (CYB), South China block (SCB), and Nanpanjiang basin (NPB). The profile at -25°N shows that the Moho interface in the CYB is deeper than those in the WYB and the NPB, and the topography and Moho depth have clear correspondence. Beneath the Xiaojiang fault zone (XJF), there exists a crustal low-velocity zone (LYZ), crossing the XJF and expanding eastward into the SCB. The NPB is shown to be of relatively high velocity. We speculate that the eastward extrusion of the Tibetan plateau may pass through the XJF and affect its eastern region, and is resisted by the rigid NPB, which has high velocity. This may be the main cause of the crustal thickening and uplift of the topography. In the Tengchong volcanic area, the crust is shown to have alternate high- and low-velocity layers, and the upper mantle is shown to be of low velocity. We consider that the magma which exists in the crust is from the upper mantle and that the complex crustal velocity structure is related to magmatic differentiation. Between the Tengchong volcanic area and the XJF, the crustal velocity is relatively high. Combining these observations with other geophysical evi- dence, it is indicated that rock strength is high and defor- mation is weak in this area, which is why the level of seismicity is quite low. The profile at ~ 23~N shows that the variation of the Moho depth is small from the eastern rigid block to the western active block with a wide range of LVZs. We consider that deformation to the south of the SE Tibetan Plateau is weak.

Our previous studies indicate that phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase Ila can promote the growth of multi-malignant tumors via HER-2/PI3K and MAPK pathways. However, the molecular mechanisms of this pathway and its potential for clinical application remain unknown. In this study, we found that PI4KIla could be an ideal combinatorial target for EGFR treatment via regulating EGFR degradation. Results showed that PI4KIla knockdown reduced EGFR protein level, and the expression of Pi4KIla shows a strong correlation with EGFR in human breast cancer tissues (r= 0.77, P 〈 0.01). PI4KIla knockdown greatly prolonged the effects and decreased the effective dosage of AG-1478, a specific inhibitor of EGFR. In addition, it significantly enhanced AG1478-induced inhibition of tumor cell survival and strengthened the effect of the EGFR-targeting anti-cancer drug Iressa in xenograft tumor models. Mechanistically, we found that PI4KIla suppression increased EGFR ligand-independent degradation. Quantitative proteomic analysis by stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture (SlLAC) and LC-MS/MS suggested that HsPg0 mediated the effect of PI4KIla on EGFR. Furthermore, we found that combined inhibition of PI4KIla and EGFR suppressed both PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK pathways, and resulted in downregulation of multiple oncogenes like PRDX2, FASN, MTA2, ultimately leading to suppression of tumor growth. Therefore, we conclude that combined inhibition of PI4KIla and EGFR exerts a multiple anti-tumor effect. Dual inhibition of EGFR at protein and activity level via combinatorial blocking of PI4KIla presents a novel strategy to combat EGFR-dependent tumors.

Accounting Research about Soot Emission Caused by Coal Combustion in Chongqing
As rapid development of economy and acceleration of urbanization process, air pollution problem in Chongqing was more and more prominent. By referring to statistical yearbook and investigating energy usage and economy activity levels of various industrial sectors of Chongqing, basic data (activity level, energy production and consumption situation) of various economic sectors of Chongqing during 2007 -2012 were ob- tained. Using emission coefficient method, soot emission inventory in Chongqing during 2007 -2012 was established. Meanwhile, input-output model containing environmental factor was established to study relationship between economy development and environmental protection and number relationship between economy development and pollutant emission. According to the results, countermeasures of emission reduction in Chongqing were put forward.
