气象观测设备运行状态综合判定技术应用
P49; 从气象观测设备运行保障角度出发,基于各观测设备自身运行状态检测信息,结合气象观测数据、气象观测元数据信息以及各级气象观测技术保障业务人员人工填报业务数据,研制了我国气象观测设备运行状态综合判定技术;同时制订了各气象观测设备运行状态分类标准和显示标准,将设备运行状态分为正常、报警、故障和非观测4类状态,分别用绿色、橙色、蓝色和灰色标识。气象观测设备运行状态综合判定技术在一定程度上促进了我国气象观测装备技术保障工作的规范化、标准化开展。该技术贴合气象装备技术保障业务实际需求,设备运行状态判定真实率达100%,结果经实践证明科学合理有效,基于该方法开展的设备运行监控保障工作提高了观测系统稳定可靠的运行能力。
Preliminary proposal of scientific data verification in CSES mission
China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite (CSES) will be launched at the end of 2016 and the orbit is sun- synchronous and the altitude is about 500 km. The design of CSES satellite and ground segment are introduced in this paper first. And then the preliminary proposals of scientific data verification and cross-verification in CSES mission are given, which can be used to classify the payloads' operation state, and validate the reliability of data.
Inner wall running state monitoring for the main pipe of nuclear power
The heat conduction equation is solved in this paper under specific boundary conditions. The coefficients of the obtained distribution equation are simplified with the piecewise integral method. Then the associated model for the cylindrical thermal equipment is established. The relationship of the surface temperatures, the material properties and the inner wall state of the cylindrical thermal equipment is described in the associated model. This model is applied to the inner wall running state monitoring of the main pipe. A multi-channel distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system is designed to acquire the external surface temperatures of the main pipe. Then the associated model can be used to analyze the surface temperature data of the main pipe. The location and the physical dimension of the inner wall defect can be got. Therefore, the inner wall defect monitoring of the main pipe can be realized. The feasibility of this method is verified by experiment. This method also provides a theoretical basis for the real-time monitoring of the main pipe’s internal state.
Automatic Monitoring and Alarm Program of Networ Faults
Using special commands in TCP/IP protocol family can realize the detection of network running status, and network managers must master the command group. This program integrating network managers' manual network test into a 24-hour operation procedure can simply find out network faults occurring, and the fault information can be sent to the mobile phone of a network manager in the form of a short message, so that the network manager can take fast and active measures as early as possible.
Heat Transfer Properties and Chaotic Analysis of Parallel Type Pulsating Heat Pipe
The refrigerant mixture of ethanol aqueous was applied to the parallel type pulsating heat pipe (PHP). The operation characteristics of the PHP were analyzed by means of experiment and nonlinear chaotic theory. Moreover, the relationship between the running state and attractor was described. The results indicate that starting power, stable running power and dry burning transition power are about 64.08 W, 148.68 W and 234.0 W respectively. The cycle and amplitude of PHP initially decrease and then increase with the increasing power. However, the data are well- distributed in a certain range. The running state is in agreement with the attractors, and the changing process for attrac- tors is as follows: the attractors first disperse in the whole phase space, then present mass status, and finally show band distribution.
