Upgrading project gone wrong

Four years ago, the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council decided to upgrade backlane drains in some areas in the municipality into pedestrian walkways and the one in Jalan SS1/21 was chosen as its pilot project. After lodging numerous complaints to both MPPJ and [Alam Flora] about their woes, they turned to Kampung Tunku State Assemblyman Dr Wong Sai Hou for help.
