He said that servicemen who had special qualification would get an additional 30-per cent increment.

Astana, 8 January: The Kazakh government headed by Prime Minister Daniyal Akhmetov has announced its resignation. Prime Minister Daniyal Akhmetov announced his resignation at an emergency government meeting today, the government's press service told the Interfax-Kazakhstan news agency. Akhmetov, 52, has been heading the government since summer of 2003. He worked as the governor of Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions in different years.
