Larry S. Grapner Jr., 36, was convicted on two counts of sexual battery in January involving the June attack. Grapner was to have been sentenced Feb. 14, but Judge Jeffrey Welbaum of Miami County Common Pleas Court continued the case to give investigators more time to investigate a report of a recant. \"The recant was not credible,\" assistant prosecutor Anthony Kendall told the judge on Monday. Kendall said after the sentencing that he was considering more charges against Grapner.
