Liam was born in 2006 at the Djerriwarrh Health Service in Bacchus Marsh, which is now under investigation after a later cluster of baby deaths caused by \"multi-system\" staff failures. \"I haven't heard from anybody at all and it would be nice to hear from somebody, some sort of explanation, on why it happened,\" she told AAP. \"If I had known what I know now, there's no way I would have gone to that hospital,\" Ms [Nichole Bink] says.
