Mr [LITCHFIELD]'s girlfriend Lisa Emes, 31, testified her partner had been in a \"good mood\" at the Mandurah Crab Fest and then wanted to drive home from the Brighton Hotel that evening. Ms Emes insisted Mr Litchfield should not drive because he had had too much alcohol so he \"walked off\" and was \"a bit agitated\" as he walked in the direction of their home. Under cross-examination, Ms Emes agreed Mr Litchfield was an assertive person and an \"adrenaline junkie\" who loved outdoor sports.
