El cartel legislativo puertorriqueño: alianzas, incentivos y castigos en el control de la agenda
Este estudio describe la forma en que los partidos políticos de Puerto Rico se organizan para aprobar leyes por mayoría en la legislatura. Se seleccionó una muestra por conveniencia de legisladores de los tres partidos políticos principales, elegidos entre 2017 y 2020 (n=15), y seis exgobernadores. Utilizando entrevistas abiertas, se indagó sobre el modo en que el gobernador logra convertir sus proyectos en leyes y sobre los mecanismos de disuasión que se suelen utilizar en el Poder Legislativo para lograr la aprobación de medidas. Los resultados señalan que el partido con el poder legislativo se organiza como un cartel que administra la agenda y distribuye los incentivos y los castigos. Para prevenir desafíos, los gobernadores crean vínculos comunicativos y relaciones interpersonales que facilitan la colaboración entre el Poder Ejecutivo y el Poder Legislativo. Este tipo de informalidades genera alianzas duraderas y manifiesta la dispersión del poder gubernamental. Propuesta metodológica para el análisis gráfico, tipográfico y cromático de cartelería
No existe un consenso claro en cuanto al método más apropiado para el estudio de carteles, por lo que se han ido utilizando unas y otras alternativas al hilo de las necesidades puntuales de cada investigación. El objetivo del presente artículo es plantear una propuesta metodológica para análisis del diseño gráfico de cartelería, y la elección de dicha temática viene dada por la ausencia de una metodología clara a este respecto y se justifica por la escasez de modelos previos que versen sobre el análisis del cartel. La presente propuesta tiene como fin abordar y plantear un diseño de fichas de variables con el que poder extraer posteriormente en el trabajo de campo, no solo elementos descriptivos cualitativos de los carteles, si no datos cuantitativos del objeto de estudio en cuestión. En un primer momento se hace necesario plantear una ficha más genérica, para posteriormente abordar la carga textual y del contenido icónico del cartel en sus correspondientes plantillas, para en una última examinar la propuesta cromática, tanto de los elementos tipográficos como de los gráficos. Para el diseño de dichas tablas de análisis se tendrán en cuenta, en primer lugar, los datos informativos básicos sobre de los carteles, para una vez definidos los criterios compositivos elementales, pasar a examinar pormenorizadamente, en posteriores plantillas, las distintas creaciones artísticas, definidas por los citados contenidos textual, gráfico y cromático.

Como repensar la dictadura chilena desde la grafica politica?
Igualmente, se ancla en datos relativos al \"golpe estético\" que supuso el golpe militar y político (al decir de Errázuriz y Leiva), en tanto represión cultural, cuyo efecto sobre el material visual de la izquierda hizo necesario más que nunca el afiche como medio de contrainformación. Lo interesante de este tipo de piezas -en su heterogeneidad material y estilística, de mayor o menor juego estético- es que obliga a sobreponerse a tales concepciones referencialistas o antirreferencialistas simplificadoras respecto de la representación. Por último, tal vez la reflexión sobre el estatuto de la gráfica política se enriquezca teniendo presente ciertas interpretaciones sobre el arte visual de resistencia a la dictadura, si bien este era otro circuito. Rice Moore is just beginning to think his troubles are behind him. He's found a job protecting a remote forest preserve in Virginian Appalachia where his main responsibilities include tracking wildlife and refurbishing cabins. It's hard work, and totally solitary-- perfect to hide away from the Mexican drug cartels he betrayed back in Arizona.
