EL EJERCICIO DE LA FUNCIÓN CONSULTIVA POR EL CONSEJO DE ESTADO EN CHILE BAJO LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PRIETO (1833-1841)
ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to analyze the advisory power conferred to the Council of State by the Constitution of 1833. The text will show that, on the occasion of amendments of articles, suppressions of norms and when rejecting outright the idea of legislating in some matters, different intellectual and juridical positions were expressed within the presidential advisory body during the government of José Joaquín Prieto. The methodology used consisted in a review and exposition of primary sources (council minutes, legislative body sessions and law bulletins) with secondary bibliography that demonstrate the legal and political differences between the council and the government. Pertenecieron al Consejo de Estado desde sus inicios3 José Joaquín Prieto, quien lo encabezó; Juan de Dios Vial del Río, en su calidad de presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia; Santiago Echevers, decano de la Ilustrísima Corte de Apelaciones; el obispo de Cerán y vicario apostólico Manuel Vicuña, el general Manuel Blanco Encalada, el factor general de comercio José Ignacio Eyzaguirre, Diego Portales (ex ministro del Interior y de Guerra y Marina), Manuel José Gandarillas (por haber ocupado previamente las carteras de Interior y Hacienda) y los ex regidores Juan Agustín Alcalde y Juan Egaña4.

EL NEGOCIO DE MANTENER UNA ALJAMA MUSULMANA EN TIERRAS DE SEÑORÍO. EL CASO DE TALAVERA DE LA REINA
Abstract The records of the town council meetings of Talavera de la Reina for certain years of the second half of the fifteenth century show that some members of the Mudejar community maintained an important working and economic relationship with the council, which provided them with certain advantages, mostly of a fiscal nature. Throughout this study we will see how all agents involved in the management of the territory benefited in one way or the another from the presence of Muslims in their area. [...]the decision to maintain the main Moorish aljama of the archiépiscopal lordship of Toledo, even it did not result in a significant increase in its size, it did favour the integration of Mudejars in the daily life of the town. En cambio, Talavera y su alfoz cobraban importancia de otra manera por su situación casi fronteriza con Portugal, reino clave para la política castellana del momento. Es importante tener este dato en cuenta, porque significa que después del paso de Toledo a manos cristianas avanzaron casi tres siglos en los cuales en Talavera se fue gestando un concejo monopolizado por una importante oligarquía local, proceso que se confirma en un documento emitido por una de sus últimas señoras, doña María de Portugal, esposa de Alfonso XI, cuando alude a ciertos individuos que eran de los doze caualleros e onmes buenos que ay deuer fasienda del dicho conçeio de Talauera4. La donación de Talavera permitió al señor aprovecharse de todas las rentas generadas en la villa y su alfoz, a excepción de los tributos que normalmente se reservaba el rey (alcabalas, tercias y moneda forera).

MUJERES Y SINODALIDAD: EL SÍNODO MUNDIAL Y EL CAMINO SINODAL DE ALEMANIA 1
Este artículo analiza el rol de la mujer en los procesos sinodales en diálogo con los resultados del estudio de Bacher y Cerda sobre el Consejo Pastoral Zonal de la zona oeste de la Arquidiócesis de Santiago de Chile. En un primer paso, se examina el paradigma de la sinodalidad introducido por el papa Francisco en el discurso teológico y establecido en la práctica eclesial. En un segundo paso, se comparan los resultados del estudio Bacher y Cerda sobre el Consejo Pastoral de la zona oeste de la Arquidiócesis de Santiago de Chile con otros procesos sinodales en la Iglesia global, usando, en este caso, el ejemplo de las estructuras sinodales que se han desarrollado en Alemania siguiendo la petición del decreto del Concilio Vaticano II, sobre los laicos de promover organismos para su involucramiento en diversos ámbitos pastorales , lo cual dio lugar a la creación de consejos diocesanos y del Comité Central de los Católicos Alemanes, corresponsable del Camino Sinodal. Finalmente, se presentan las consecuencias del análisis para la participación de las mujeres en la Iglesia católica y se formula la tesis de que un estilo sinodal es el requisito previo para configurar estructuras sinodales sostenibles en las que las mujeres puedan aportar sus dones a la Iglesia.
