Research and Development of “Gathering Green” Digital Cultural and Creative Collection Creative Platform under the Technical Support of Big Data and Advocacy of Rural Revitalization: A Typical Practice Based on Qingdao Coastal Villages
2024
Developing the “Gleaning” digital cultural collection platform can help promote rural culture and revitalization. In this paper, we propose the AdaBoost-SVM algorithm by using the AdaBoost algorithm to strengthen the SVM classifier by changing the input samples’ weights and increasing the misclassified samples’ weights to enhance the training of the misclassified samples. Then, by studying the characteristics of Qinghai coastal villages, we build a digital collection creative research and development platform based on big data technology and explore the digital features of the rural “Qingzhou” cultural creations with the help of the AdaBoost-SVM algorithm. After the access test of different platforms, the access efficiency of the digital collection platform seen in this paper is, on average, 2.80% higher than that of WhaleQuest, 2.14% higher than that of Phantom Core, 1.43% higher than that of one Digital Art, and 0.72% higher than that of Yuan Vision. In terms of the creativity rating of digital collections, the digital collections of this paper’s platform are rated 30.53%, 23.78%, 16.30%, and 6.15% higher than other platforms in order. The digital collection creative platform based on big data can skillfully integrate the special culture of villages into digital cultural and creative collections and help villages give play to their special cultural advantages.

Research on AIGC empowering digital cultural and creative design style transfer and diversified generation methods
2025
The development of artificial intelligence brings new opportunities and challenges to the field of artistic creation. This paper fully analyzes the characteristics and advantages of AIGC-enabled cultural and creative design, and selects CycleGAN algorithm among AI algorithms to carry out cultural and creative design style migration processing. The original CycleGAN algorithm has been improved to construct the AIGC cultural and creative style migration model based on the improved CycleGAN. Take the Forbidden City cultural creations as an example to carry out style migration experiments, and explore the effect of this paper’s improved CycleGAN model on cultural creation style migration and image generation from the objective evaluation and subjective evaluation of the improved CycleGAN-based AIGC cultural creation style migration model. In the experiments of converting original images into cartoon style, oil painting style and new Chinese style, the PSNR value, MS-SSIM value and Per-pixel acc value of this paper’s improved CycleGAN model are all the largest among all the comparison models, and the MSE value is the smallest among all the models, which achieves the optimal objective evaluation results. In subjective evaluation, the improved CycleGAN model in this paper has a comprehensive score of 89.22, which is excellent in style migration and image generation for cultural and creative products.

Regional cultures, economies, and creativity : innovating through place in Australia and beyond
\"Drawing on Australian and comparative case studies, this volume reconceptualizes non-metropolitan creative economies through the 'qualities of place'. This book examines the agricultural and gastronomic cultures surrounding 'native' foods, coastal sculpture festivals, universities and regional communities, wine in regional Australia and Canada, the creative systems of the Hunter Valley, musicians in 'outback' settings, Fab Labs as alternatives to clusters, cinema and the cultivation of 'authentic' landscapes, and tensions between the 'representational' and 'non-representational' in the cultural economies of the Blue Mountains. What emerges is a picture of rural and regional places as more than the 'other' of metropolitan creative cities. Place itself is shown to embody affordances, unique institutional structures and the invisible threads that 'hold communities together'. If, in the wake of the publication of Florida's Rise of the Creative Class, creative industries models tended to emphasize 'big cities' and the spatial-cum-cultural imaginaries of the 'Global North', recent research and policy discourses - especially, in the Australian context - have paid greater attention to 'small cities', rural and remote creativity. This collection will be of interest to scholars, students and practitioners in creative industries, urban and regional studies, sociology, geography, and cultural planning\"-- Provided by publisher.
The Integration Path of Innovative Design Thinking and Rural Development of Non-Heritage Cultural Creations in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
2025
Under the era of digital economy, artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly, and the emergence of various intelligent technology tools has consolidated the technical foundation for promoting the intelligent development of the design field. This study focuses on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the design of non-heritage cultural and creative products, firstly analyzing the generation mechanism of design thinking, and then according to the actual needs of the design of non-heritage cultural and creative products in the era of artificial intelligence, combining technological thinking and commercial thinking to put forward the innovative design thinking of non-heritage cultural and creative products. Then artificial intelligence technology is introduced to create and develop with comprehensive consideration of realistic factors, and a design element extraction model based on deep learning is constructed for image recognition. The practical application of non-heritage cultural creation products is used to study the real path of AI-assisted non-heritage cultural creation. Finally, this study proposes suggestions and strategies for the integrated development of AI-assisted non-heritage cultural creation and rural economy, with a view to revitalizing the countryside. The accuracy rate of the intelligent model constructed in this paper for the most different non-heritage categories of image recognition classification is higher than 90%, and the average accuracy rate of the model is 93.056%, and the F1 mean value is 0.933, which can meet the needs of design element extraction. In the innovative design of non-heritage cultural and creative products in this paper, the comprehensive satisfaction evaluation score of the five groups of non-heritage cultural and creative products is 3.462, and the comprehensive satisfaction of the intelligent group of cultural and creative products is increased by 0.657 compared with that of the sample group of traditional cultural and creative products, which illustrates that this paper’s innovative design method based on AI-assisted non-heritage cultural and creative products has a practical application value, which can help to enhance the designers’ ability to carry out personalized cultural and creative design and to provide the possibility for the development of non-heritage cultural and creative design and development. It brings more possibilities for the design and development of non-heritage cultural creations.

Study on the Promoting Role of Non-Heritage Cultural and Creative Designs on Rural Revitalization Strategy in Multimedia Environment
2024
The innovative combination of multimedia technology and non-legacy can enrich the expression of non-legacy and let traditional culture show new vitality. This paper selects, combines, and weights the evaluation indexes for non-heritage cultural creation and rural revitalization in the multimedia environment. We use the cloud model to measure the development level of non-heritage cultural creation and rural revitalization in a region from 2018 to 2023. We construct the regression model of non-heritage cultural and creative design and rural revitalization on this basis, applying the multiple linear regression method to determine the contribution of non-heritage cultural and creative design to rural revitalization and to investigate their role in promoting it. The results for non-heritage cultural and creative design and rural revitalization measures in the sample area are 0.301 and 0.331 respectively, reflecting uneven regional development. For every 1% increase in non-heritage cultural and creative design, the development level of rural revitalization increases by 0.316%. Notably, the derivative products of non-heritage cultural and creative design significantly contribute to rural revitalization, with a contribution of 0.315. Facilitating the transformation of non-heritage cultural and creative products into cultural and tourism products, establishing a mechanism for the incorporation of non-heritage cultural and creative design, and innovating non-heritage cultural and creative brands can promote further development of rural revitalization.
