Research on the Theory of Artistic Works Innovation System and the Realizable Mode
This paper puts forward the concept of art innovation system and the system model of art creation process. On this basis, it analyzes the basic characteristics of art innovation system by using the principle of finite optimization, and establishes the operation mechanism of art innovation system based on the characteristics of uncertain attributes. At the same time, it is pointed out that the essence of artistic design innovation is to increase the optimum attributes of the work and reduce the non-optimum attributes of the work, and the operation process of this innovation system is also a learning process. Research shows that artistic innovation is the realizability of new ideas and new models, which depends on the target demand for artistic works and the realization degree of the new demand for works. Moreover, the artistic innovation system has the functions of self-organization, self-learning and self-realization, and the practical wisdom of artistic works creation is the key to the establishment of the innovation system.

Creative Destruction? Cases Of Defence Conversion In The United States
Politicians often claim that the closure of military facilities will do irreparable harm to local economies. Such predictions can be refuted by empirical data, and by studying actual cases of defence conversion in the United States. This paper considers the economic impact of the closure, and subsequent redevelopment efforts, of three facilities: Bergstrom Air Force Base in Austin, Texas; DuPont's Eleutherian Mills in Wilmington, Delaware; and the Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York. It is reasonable to infer from this research, when combined with aggregate empirical data, that defence conversion often generates greater economic activity than prevailed before the closures.
NATO Üyesi Ülkelerde Savunma Harcamaları ve İstihdam İlişkisi: Bootstrap Panel Nedensellik Testi
Son yıllarda küresel ölçekte yaşanan gerginlikler, jeopolitik riskler, siyasal krizler, bölgesel çatışmalar ve savaşlar ülkelerin savunma harcamalarını artırmasında önemli rol oynamıştır. Savunma harcamalarındaki artış, savunma harcamalarının yol açtığı ekonomik etkileri sıklıkla tartışılan konulardan biri haline getirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, NATO üyesi 18 ülkede savunma harcamaları ile istihdam oranları arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla, Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde savunma harcamaları ve istihdam oranları arasındaki ilişki Kónya (2006) Bootstrap Panel Nedensellik Testi ile analiz edilmiştir. 1991-2018 döneminden elde edilen bulgulara göre panelde yer alan 18 ülkenin 5’inde savunma harcamalarından istihdama doğru, 3’ünde ise istihdam oranlarından savunma harcamalarına doğru nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, NATO üyesi ülkelerde savunma harcamaları ile istihdam oranı arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisine dair genel bir çıkarımda bulunmak mümkün görünmemektedir.
National innovation system as a key factor in the sustainable development of the economy of Uzbekistan
Purpose: this article analyzes some issues of forming a modern national innovation system in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a driver of economic growth. Methods: the research tools are based on the application of General scientific research methods in the framework of a systematic approach: logical and situational analysis, expert assessments, observation, grouping, comparison. These tools were used in various combinations at different stages of the study, which allowed us to confirm the scientific consistency of the final results, conclusions and proposals. Conclusion: the authors conducted a systematic analysis of the methodology and approaches to the definition of the category “national innovation system”, resulting in the author’s definition of this definition. The structure of the modern national innovation system is studied by analyzing its structural elements. The place of the most significant of them in the structure of the national innovation system is determined. State regulation in the field of innovation in the Republic of Uzbekistan is considered, and the external and internal functions of the innovation system of Uzbekistan are formulated.

Will more skills become a burden? The effect of positional ambiguity on player and team performance
The National Basketball Association is becoming a positionless league. However, very few studies have investigated the phenomenon and its implications for performance at the individual and team levels. This study examines the effects of positional ambiguity (i.e. positional concentration) on player and team performance by analyzing longitudinal data from the NBA via the perspective of role theory. The results show that positional concentration positively impacts player and team performance; and positional concentration of non-star players have a more significant impact on player and team performance than those of star players.
China's Shift from CMI to MCF: Military Modernization and the Defense Industry at the Core
The concept of civil-military integration (CMI) was officially introduced in the 1990s in the United States to transform industrial bases in defense amidst shifting geopolitical dynamics. CMI aims to blur the lines between civilian and military sectors, fostering the sharing of resources and technological advancement. This paper looks at the practice of CMI in China and its shift to military-civil fusion (MCF). Though the concept only emerged in the late 20th century, CMI in its other forms such as defense conversion and diversification has been practiced in China since the Mao era. However, the transition from CMI to MCF underscores the evolution of China's strategic priorities, aligning military and civilian resources for technological advancement and national rejuvenation. Under Xi Jinping's leadership, China has elevated MCF into a national strategy. MCF is considered essential for achieving China's strategic goals and has entered a rapid stage of development, reflecting Xi's commitment to modernizing the PLA and advancing national rejuvenation to realize the "Chinese Dream." China's efforts to achieve self-sufficiency in defense production and assert its military prowess on the global stage propelled by the MCF strategy under Xi Jinping have global geopolitical implications.
Combat Response Training Tester Based on Intelligent Force-Measuring Sensor and Digital Circuit
In combat sports, the team members take attack and defense as the core of sports, and the technical movements are not periodic and the application process is irregular. During the competition, observe the opponent’s neutral position, judge timely, and react quickly. At the same time, athletes are required not only to master skilled technical movements but also to have rapid and accurate adaptability. In order to improve athletes’ rapid response ability, according to the rapid response training scheme, a combat response training tester based on a force-measuring intelligent sensor and digital circuit is designed to improve the athletes’ response ability. Firstly, a comprehensive test system of combat trainer is designed based on the intelligent force-measuring sensor and MSP430, which can measure the response time, speed, and strength of boxing. Secondly, a wavelet filtering algorithm is used to filter the sensor measurement data. Finally, the striking force and striking time of each action are recorded by sensors and data acquisition devices to reflect the striking effect and reflect the “accurate” objectives of the project characteristics. Based on the noninterference and anti-interference of e-touch piezoelectric film, it can be made into universal force-measuring sensors of different specifications for fight competitions according to needs. After being connected into a module network in parallel, it can be connected with the microcontroller to determine the hit area. In addition, the team reaction training test device has laid a foundation for the scientific evaluation of improving the team members’ reaction ability and attack defense conversion ability. The launch of the comprehensive ability tester for combat athletes introduces the previous fuzzy evaluation of athletes’ comprehensive ability into a new way of scientific quantitative measurement and evaluation, which will provide a scientific basis for the selection of combat vibration items, the regulation of training process, the inspection of training effect, and the formulation of enrollment and examination standards for sports colleges and universities. The results show that the instrument can obtain the parameters of hitting strength, strength endurance, hitting speed, speed endurance, hitting impulse, and hitting power of sports biomechanics on the group of fighting events, which provides a reliable basis for coaches to implement teaching and training for athletes.
