Its casual wear includes tops, pants, shorts, skirts, and dresses, as well as jewelry and accessories. Chico's FAS is a Florida-based fashion company founded in 1983 on Sanibel Island, Florida. In early 2024, Chico's FAS was acquired by Sycamore Partners for approximately $1 billion.
