U.S. Air Force reports that recent rehearsals for Spacecraft launches of the NAVSTAR Global Positioning System at the Consolidated Space Operations Center (Colorado) revealed that the staff of the mission control center may not attain Operational readiness in time for the scheduled launch in October 1988 and that the launch may be moved to the Consolidated Space Test Center (California)
