CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF FORMATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS' READINESS TO APPLY INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES IN THEIR WORK
The article substantiates the criteria and indicators of formation of secondary school teachers’ readiness to use Internet technologies in their professional activity. Modern education reform and the introduction of new educational content encourage teachers to use innovative methods and e-learning text-books, which requires new approaches to teacher training and self-education in the inter-certification period. Pedagogical conditions of development of teachers’ readiness to use Internet technologies are considered and pedagogical expediency of using Internet technologies in teachers’ work is revealed, taking into account the content and specifics of teachers’ pedagogical activity in educational institutions. The use of traditional teaching aids along with Internet technologies allows teachers to improve teaching significantly as well as make the learning process more interesting, diverse and intensive. Internet-technologies are an effective means of communication between all participants of the educational process, which is realized through various chats and Internet conferences. Taking into account the specificity of secondary school teachers’ professional activity, appropriate criteria and indicators were chosen, namely, motivational, integrative, work-relevant and other criteria. We defined gnostic, project, constructive, organizational, communicative, didactic, managerial, intellectual, research and professional skills, which are crucial for teachers’ professional readiness. It is emphasized that the content of motivational, integrative and work-relevant criteria determines the strategy of teachers’ professional behavior. On the basis of the above-mentioned criteria and indicators of their manifestation, low, average, sufficient and high levels of secondary school teachers’ readiness for the use of Internet technologies in their work are distinguished. It is shown that these criteria and their indicators provide an opportunity to obtain empirical data required for experimental research and to gain pedagogical insights for creating an original technology of formation of secondary school teachers’ readiness to use Internet technologies in their professional activity.

A Study of the Current State of Development of Internet Technology for Smart Connected Cars
If we say that the most important terminal of the Internet now is the smartphone. In the future, the most important terminal of the Internet of Things will be the car. The car, will become one of the most important dimensions in the Internet of Everything. And the ultimate goal, is zero emissions, zero casualties, zero obstacles - no pollution, no car accidents. Our environment will be cleaner and our travel will be safer. An era of automobiles ruled by traditional fuel cars for more than 100 years is coming to an end, and an era of smart and connected cars is coming. Based on this, this paper explores the current study of Internet technology on the development of smart connected cars.
Ecological momentary interventions for depression and anxiety
Ecological momentary interventions (EMIs) are becoming more popular and more powerful resources for the treatment and prevention of depression and anxiety due to advances in technological capacity and analytic sophistication. Previous work has demonstrated that EMIs can be effective at reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety as well as related outcomes of stress and at increasing positive psychological functioning. In this review, we highlight the differences between EMIs and other forms of treatment due to the nature of EMIs to be deeply integrated into the fabric of people's day‐to‐day lives. EMIs require unique considerations in their design, deployment, and evaluation. Furthermore, given that EMIs have been advanced by changes in technologies and that the use of behavioral intervention technologies for mental health has been increasing, we discuss how technologies and analytics might usher in a new era of EMIs. Future EMIs might reduce user burden and increase intervention personalization and sophistication by leveraging digital sensors and advances in natural language processing and machine learning. Thus, although current EMIs are effective, the EMIs of the future might be more engaging, responsive, and adaptable to different people and different contexts.
Does the Adoption of Mobile Internet Technology Promote Wheat Productivity? Evidence from Rural Farmers
The adoption of mobile Internet technology (MIT) in organizational systems is rapidly increasing. MIT has developed agricultural structures and dramatically altered farming activities to improve agricultural systems. MIT is considered one of the most essential technologies because of its huge impact on agriculture, economy, and our daily lives. In this study, we utilized sample data from 460 wheat growers in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan to analyze the adoption of MIT and its impact on the promotion of wheat productivity. This study used the propensity score matching (PSM) technique to address probable self-selection bias. Existing research outcomes show that decision making, education, farm size, cooperative membership, gender, extension services, access to credit, weather forecast information, risk perception, market distance, and other factors significantly affect productivity and subsidy awareness agendas. However, outcomes signify that MIT adoption will have a significant positive impact on wheat productivity. This research concludes with a policy impact, emphasizing that it is essential to accelerate MIT adoption by wheat growers as a policy to enhance Pakistan’s agriculture or wheat productivity and food security.
E-democracy and Internet Access in EU Law: Strengthening Democratic Participation in the Digital Age
Nowadays Internet technologies are developing so much that they cover new social relations. Human life is undergoing rapid digitalisation, which inevitably leaves an imprint on the protection of fundamental rights. Political life is no exception either. Today the legal experience shows that the European states are already offering various effective mechanisms and solutions to strengthen their democratic principles, which are based precisely on Internet technologies, in which the concept of e-democracy (“electronic democracy”) is increasingly becoming an urgent topic of research. In this research, the authors will analyse on how the Internet access can ensure a dialogue between citizens and the government, as well as strengthen the EU’s democratic principles in the digital world. Moreover, the authors will also focus on the law enforcement experience of different European states in order to bring out their positive aspects that can become effective guidelines for building an appropriate mechanism for the participation of EU citizens in political life through Internet technologies.
A Review of Climate-Smart Agriculture: Recent Advancements, Challenges, and Future Directions
Global climate change has posed serious threats to agricultural production. Reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and ensuring food security are considered the greatest challenges in this century. Climate-smart agriculture (CSA) is a concept that can provide a solution to the challenges that agricultural development faces. It can do so in a sustainable way by increasing adaptability, decreasing GHG emissions, and ensuring national food security. So far, little research has systematically reviewed the progresses in CSA in developing and in developed countries. A review on the recent advancements, challenges, and future directions of CSA will be quite timely and valuable. In this paper, the definition and development goals of CSA are identified. Then, the recent advancements of CSA in developing and in developed countries are reviewed. The existing problems and challenges in CSA are analyzed and pointed out. Finally, the proposals on prospects and directions for CSA in the future are proposed. Using advanced internet technology to ensure agricultural information security, improvement of cropping patterns, and management techniques, carrying out “internet + weather” service and improving the quality of agricultural service, and conducting agricultural weather index-based insurance are considered as the main direction of future development of CSA. This review provides new ideas and strategies for strengthening ecological environmental protection, promoting agricultural green development, and mitigating climate change.
