The impact of learning management system implementation on students' understanding of mechanics concepts
2021
The Learning management system (LMS) is an effective model of learning for solving the teaching problems. Effective learning will help students achieve better understanding of the concept. This article discusses the use of LMS in teaching mechanics and its effect on student understanding. This quasi-experiment research used one group post-test design. The sample used was 21 students from one of the higher educations in Mataram, Indonesia. The instrument used was the conceptual understanding test in multiple choices. The test consists of 30 questions which are divided into three mechanics concepts, namely Newton's Laws of Motion, Work and Energy, and Simple Harmonic Motion. Each data was analyzed using simple statistics. The findings showed that the use of LMS had a positive impact on students' understanding of each topic of mechanics concepts. The highest average score on the topic of Work and Energy. The lowest average score is on Newton's Laws of Motion. LMS is an alternative platform for developing students' understanding of concepts in each cognitive aspect.

The effectiveness of the blended learning approach in algorithm and programming courses
2021
The purpose of this research is to increase learning achievement by applying the Blended Learning Approach. The Algorithm and Programming course is a subject that requires more problem-solving practice. Learning is done by applying the Flipped Classroom. In face-to-face activities, students do cooperative learning. They discuss the solution of a given computational problem. Student motivation and engagement were measured using the MUSIC® Model of Academic Motivation. MUSIC® Model measures five components, namely Empowerment, Usefulness, Success, Interest, and Caring. Log activities are used to see the interaction between students and Moodle's Learning Management System (LMS). Log activities show student contributions to discussion forums, number of hits on LMS, number of learning object accesses, and days to access learning objects. Face-to-face learning with cooperative learning trains the ability to work together in groups. The study showed that the Usefulness component had the highest value, with an average of 80.11, while success had the lowest score with a value of 70.16. The learning experience of each student using LMS was different. Students who actively use LMS have better abilities when learning face-to-face. Research shows there is a link between online learning activities and face-to-face learning on learning achievement.

Design and development of turbine blade classification management system based on PDM
by
Ma, Lyuzhou
2020
According to the requirements of modern enterprises for the classifying and managing system of product information, the structure of the flexible classifying and managing system based on internal and external codes is putted forward, the function and effect of every part are particularized, which was applied in the implementation of the PDM of turbine blade. It is shown from the application that classifying and managing system can promote the development of information in the enterprise.

Shift from blended learning to distance one during the lockdown period using Moodle: test control of students’ academic achievement and analysis of its results
2021
The article highlights the urgency of the problem of introducing blended learning into the educational process of institutions of higher education and ensuring the quality of education using the tools of e-learning management system. The experience of using electronic testing during the final control of students' educational achievements is covered. A thorough analysis of the results was carried out, in particular the relationship between current and final grades, test scores and its duration were established. The reliability of the test tasks separately and the test as a whole, among other indicators, were tested using mathematical statistics methods.

Spesies richness of Orchidaceae in Selo Resort Mount Merbabu National Park Central Java
2021
Mount Merbabu National Park with an area management system into 5 resort areas, namely Selo, Wonolelo, Pakis, Kopeng, Ampel and diversity in these places is highly and still sustainable. One of the plants that has a high diversity of species is the orchid (Orchidaceae). Orchids are a family of plants that have a fairly high variation and are very interesting. It is estimated that in the world there are about 20,000 species. This study aims to determine the species richness of orchids in mount Merbabu National Park resort Selo. This study uses the cruising method by making observations along the path with a radius of 10 m to the right and 10 m to the left. then recorded any orchid species found. The research found 7 species of orchids in mount Merbabu National Park resort Selo : Habenaria multipartita, Oberonia similis, Liparis pallida, Malaxis kobi, Coelegyne sp, Bulbophyllum flavescens, and Cheirostylis sp.

Storm Response of Fluvial Sedimentary Microplastics
2020
Up to 80% of the plastics in the oceans are believed to have been transferred from river networks. Microplastic contamination of river sediments has been found to be pervasive at the global scale and responsive to periods of flooding. However, the physical controls governing the storage, remobilization and pathways of transfer in fluvial sediments are unknown. This means it is not currently possible to determine the risks posed by microplastics retained within the world’s river systems. This problem will be further exacerbated in the future given projected changes to global flood risk and an increased likelihood of fluvial flooding. Using controlled flume experiments we show that the evolution of the sediment bed surface and the flood wave characteristics controls the transition from rivers being ‘sinks’ to ‘sources’ of microplastics under flood conditions. By linking bed surface evolution with microplastic transport characteristics we show that similarities exist between granular transport phenomena and the behavior, and hence predictability, of microplastic entrainment during floods. Our findings are significant as they suggest that microplastic release from sediment beds can be managed by altering the timing and magnitude of releases in flow managed systems. As such it may be possible to remediate or remove legacy microplastics in future.

16S rRNA amplicon sequencing characterization of caecal microbiome composition of broilers and free-range slow-growing chickens throughout their productive lifespan
2019
Gut microbiota affects health, metabolism and immunity of the host, and in the case of livestock, also food-safety. Here, 16S rRNA gene high-throughput Illumina sequencing was used to describe the microbiome of chicken caeca in two different breeds and management systems throughout their whole productive lifespan. Broilers (Ross-308), as a fast-growing breed reared in an intensive system for 42-days, and a slow-growing breed of chicken (Sasso-T451A) reared in an extensive farming system with outdoor access for 86-days, were compared. The core microbiome and differentially abundant taxa, as well as taxa associated with age were identified. Age was identified as the strongest influencing factor in caecal microbiota composition, and, in general, each age-group showed an age-associated community profile, with a transition period at the middle of their lifespan. However, substantial differences were observed in the composition of caecal microbiota of both chicken breeds, microbiota being richer and more complex in free-range chicken than in broilers. Several taxa positively/negatively correlated with
Campylobacter
relative abundance were also identified. Especially noteworthy was the identification by microbial community comparison of microbiota profiles suggestive of dysbiosis in several free-range chickens, probably associated to the typhlitis observed in the lumen of their caeca.

by
Mu, Ping
2020
With the continuous development of information technology in my country, modern information technology has been widely and universally used in various industries. The development of corporate financial work has gradually applied information technology to it. Realizing financial intelligent management can effectively improve the level and effect of enterprise financial management. Because small and micro enterprises are generally relatively small in scale, insufficient funds, and low technical level. Therefore, in the process of promoting the construction and development of financial intelligence in the operation and development of small and micro enterprises, there are still problems such as insufficient professionalism of managers, weak development and use capabilities of intelligent financial software, and lack of complete systems and management systems. This has seriously affected the development and utility of financial intelligence. This article is mainly based on the related theories of financial intelligence, discussing and analyzing the status quo and problems of small and micro enterprises' financial intelligence discovery. This article analyzes the reasons that influence the development of financial intelligence of small and micro enterprises and the ways to improve financial intelligence, hoping to help the management and development of small and micro enterprises.
