Booone deputy on paid leave after scuffle
Boone County Sheriff Rodney Miller said a deputy pulled up to the One Stop convenience store in Southridge Centre in his sheriff's cruiser at about 2 p.m. and allegedly spotted his wife with another man in her car. \"The deputy didn't appear to do anything to his wife,\" Miller said, \"but there was a little scuffle with the other male.\"
