Feb. 27--Lake Wylie angler Jason Quinn finished ninth in the Bassmaster Classic on Lay Lake in Birmingham, Ala., this weekend after catching 15 fish weighing 38 pounds, one ounce in three days.

The top ten all-time money winners qualify, as do the reigning Bassmaster Classic, Angler of the Year and Rookie of the Year winners. The rest of the field comes from the top anglers in a combined ranking of Angler of the Year standings during the past three seasons.
