The Impact of Interpreting the Holy Quran on the Interpreter's life
All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His help, and ask for His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls and the wickedness of our deeds. May blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad, whom Allah sent with guidance and the true religion, and to whom He revealed this Qur’an to warn those who disbelieve and as good tidings to the believers. Now then Serving the Qur’an is an honor beyond all honor, and a virtue that is unmatched and unparalleled. This is because the honor of knowledgeWith the honor of its subject, there is no doubt that the greatest and best service a Muslim can undertake is serving the Book of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, as interpretation takes the place of the first science in the sciences of Islamic law. This is one of the evidences of the excellence of Quranic interpretation. The excellence of this science is that it explains the Holy Quran, which is the primary source of Islamic legislation. Interpretation brings people closer to the words of their Lord, the Highest, and increases their understanding of the Book of Allah. And He places them on the truth of meanings so that they do not fall into doubt and confusion that could harm their religion due to their lack of knowledge. God Almighty has honored the people of interpretation and raised their status and elevated their position by making them a reference for His servants in understanding His words and clarifying His intentions. This is sufficient virtue and honor. Therefore, we wanted to shed light on the impact of interpreting the Holy Quran on the life of the interpreter, through the following plan.
The history of the Qur'ānic text : from revelation to compilation : a comparative study with the Old and New Testaments
This volume tries to fill the gaping hole in the area of Qurʼānic textual criticism, especially coming from Muslims scholars. It is an impassioned attempt to contrast the \"immaculate preservation\" of the Qurʼān with the alterations in the transmission of the text of the Bible, both the Old and the New Testament. The author barely refrains from making the charge that Jews and Christians corrupted the Scriptures the primary theme of his work. Rather, his primary aim is to question the motives of Western scholarship which are described as \"continuously undermining Islam's Holy Book.\" For this reason, he attempts a Muslim scholarly response to popular Western perceptions that question the Muslims' capacity to defend the integrity of the Qurʼān. This polemic approach yields some interesting and at times instructive research, yet comes short of entirely reliable conclusions.

The Studies of Quranic recitation according to Ibn Taghri in his unpublished manuscript Fatih Al-Bari Fima Yahtaju Ilaihi Al-Muqri’ Walqari
The Quran is the Holy book of Islam and represents the unchanged literal word of Allah in Arabic. The Quran was revealed in various forms and expressions – that is, recitations – to accommodate the diversity of Arabic dialects and the variations in the people's abilities. Such recitations have been studied extensively, but unfortunately, many of which are not available as scholarly books. One of them is Ibn Taghri’s manuscript, titled: Fatih Al-Bari Fima Yahtaju Ilaihi Al-Muqri’ Walqari’. It underscores the significant perspectives in regards to the most important conditions for accepting or rejecting a particular recitation. It aims at drawing the attention of individuals interested in Quranic studies to new and beneficial insights. The paper is a quality review which adopts the descriptive approach. The subjective perspective is acknowledged as the human experience is involved to explain scholarly views and make judgments. Indeed, the article concludes that Ibn Taghri’s unpublished manuscript provides different perspectives and adopts Ibn al-Jazari's ideas in most of the issues discussed regarding the Quranic recitations. It also accentuates that the primary criterion for accepting a recitation or rejecting it is the principle of tawatur (continuous transmission). It is obligatory to adhere to the Uthmanic script of the Quran and not deviate from it, except in educational contexts or when necessary. This article recommends editing Ibn Taghri’s unpublished manuscript in a scholarly manner and preparing it for the benefit of specialists and experts by disseminating its content to a wider audience.
