Thermomanagement im batteriebetriebenen Pkw unter Nutzung eines Kaltdampfprozesses mit Sekundärkreislaufsystem

In der vorliegenden Arbeit erfolgt die Bewertung eines Sekundärkreislaufsystems mit kompaktem Kältemittelkreislauf für das Pkw-Thermomanagement am Beispiel eines batteriebetriebenen Fahrzeugs. Zunächst wird ein solches System modelliert und an einer Versuchsanlage kalibriert. Es folgen Untersuchungen zur Kältemittelmengenreduktion, Aussagen zur Positionierung des Kompaktkältemittelkreislaufs im Vorderwagen sowie ein Vergleich verschiedener Sekundärkreislaufsysteme mit einer konventionellen Klimaanlage. Unter Berücksichtigung des Mobilitätsverhaltens und der klimatischen Randbedingungen wird eine neuartige allgemeingültige Methode zur Bewertung des Jahresenergieverbrauchs eines Pkw-Thermomanagementsystems entwickelt und angewendet. Abschließend werden verschiedene Kältemittel für einen kompakten Kältemittelkreislauf in einem Sekundärkreislaufsystem miteinander verglichen.
