Girl Scouts Land A 31.15-acre tract in west Little Rock drew a $200,000 transaction. The Girl Scouts gained ownership of the property in December 2002 from Ann Henry and her husband, Robert, for an unrecorded sum.

REAL DEALS A 1.2 million-SF distribution center in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $86.07 million. PD Real Estate II LLC, an affiliate of San Antonio's Petroleum Distribution, purchased Cabot Food & Fuel at 9909 Hwy. 5 from AFN Absprop001 LLC of Newport, Rhode Island. The 4.17-acre spread was bought for $160,000 in December 1988 from the estate of Floyd Kyser. $1.3M Little Rock's Bank OZK acquired the 6,694-SF former home of Mariscos Krusty Crab at 8409 Interstate 30 in southwest Little Rock from JA Flooring 8:

Falstone Court A 4,580-SF house in west Little Rock's Falstone Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.32 million. Heath and Sheena Campbell bought the house from Wiggins Family Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Joey Wiggins. Nathan and Laura Smith purchased the house from the Blake Chism & Maggie Riggan Chism Family Trust.

Riverside has already hired Rob Robinson away from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff to serve as president and chief operating officer. With only two branches - in Sparkman and Little Rock - the $60 million-asset bank has been wildly profitable with a business plan centered on mortgage origination. Stephen Davis, who owned 47% of the bank and was CEO, is remaining with the bank as an executive vice president and is a shareholder and director of the new holding company, Eldridge said.
