He is survived by his daughter, Jackie and Robert Silveus of Plymouth; his son, Roger \"Buzz\" and Judy Rogers of Culver; sons, Art and Gerry Schrom of Tennessee, and Dale and Samia Schrom of Plymouth; a daughter, Jackie Arbuckle of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his sister, Eileen Quivey of Plymouth; and his sister-in-law, Alice Rogers of Culver, Indiana. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

He was born on June 25, 1916, in Knox, Indiana, to Alfred and Vonnie (Seider) Rogers. [Ernest A. Rogers] married Eve Stettler on March 3, 1945. She passed away on August 29, 2000. He retired from Agway Seed Company after working there for 35 years. He also worked for the Koala Center and Jellystone Park Camp Resort in the maintenance departments. He was reading meters for R.E.M.C. until November 2004. Ernest was a member of the Civil Defense until their dissolution.

Virginia M. (Rogers) Kielski, 80, of Unionville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, (March 2, 2002) at Brightview Convalescent Home, Avon. Virginia was born in New Britain, December 2, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Axelby) Rogers. She was a resident of New Britain for many years before moving to Unionville in 1989. \"Vergie\" loved horses and babies, but mostly her children, each one of them knowing they were her favorite.

Rogers], who lived in it while building his mansion, according to the owner, Jeff Sandstrom.
