In this dissertation summarizes the current SME financial managexrient problems, followed by some medium-sized financial management software is how to design a careful analysis, and finally developed a financial software suitable for small and medium enterprises. We manage small and medium enterprises according to its internal financial requirements, summarizes the relatively objective conclusion that today's small and medium enterprises in financial management messy. So for this reason, when we conduct software development, primarily on the financial condition and management needs of small and medium enterprises to analyze the characteristics and design accordingly. This dissertation describes the features of the system, and the overall classification and structural design system module, determines the overall design the principles and objectives; Will this system generally divided into five modules, system establishment, management accounting vouchers, account books final bill and generate reports and so on several big core function. The realization of the system using Microsoft NET platform in c# programming language and SQL Server 2005 database. System test shows that, the system realized the more accurate collection and calculation, can to the enterprise financial situation of centralized management and simplify the interface, more easy to operation, related to the human, material and financial resources also get more accurate monitoring.
