Interest Sessions: Performing on Paper: Writing for the \Choral Journal\
At the American Choral Directors Association Convention, an interest session on writing for the \"Choral Journal\" magazine will be presented by a panel of Editorial Board members, former \"Journal\" authors, along with \"Choral Journal\" editor Carroll Gonzo. Moderator Timothy W. Sharp will question the panel, and attendees will facilitate breakout sessions related to various areas of writing interest. Photographs are included.

Planning board hears plan for retail complex adjacent to Calcium Primary School
Planning Board members expressed concern on Thursday over the proximity to the school of businesses that sell alcohol, an issue Mr. [James W. Sharp] said will be addressed when the project comes into sharper focus. The board also inquired about the availability of sewer service and whether the school has been apprised of Mr. Sharp's plans.
